A charming restaurant in northern Rome, a favorite since 1971. I tried excellent fettuccine with white beef ragù and a superb sautéed chicory. Recommended.

This restaurant is definitely worth a try. The place is very welcoming thanks to the atmosphere the owners have created. It's like being at home. The kitchen offers fantastic dishes from appetizers to dessert, with a fabulous wine cellar. You can also take dinner home, which is also delicious, a sign of top-quality ingredients. Definitely worth a try...well done guys! 👏👏👏👏👏
I returned to this restaurant after a while. I must say I had a great time. The service was attentive, the quality/price ratio excellent. I had a delicious amatriciana! The fried artichokes were excellent, and the homemade zuppa inglese was delicious!
All washed down with an excellent Franciacorta.
The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the owners were very friendly.

The restaurant is very welcoming, as is its owner. The ingredients and cuisine are excellent. Both simple yet flavorful dishes, like in the olden days, and more elaborate options are available. The wine list is good. Recommended!

Very nice place, very friendly staff, and good prices for the area. From a location like this, however, you expect something better. Almost everything was good, but the fried seafood was a total fail. It was sparse and ugly, with a few very small pieces of a plate presented practically empty, and tuna in a bag because it was too thin. Also, the menu listed oysters for €4, but they charged us €5. Aside from these three items, which we will avoid and advise against, we will definitely be back.

Nice and well-furnished, with good food and fast service. Quality food and a wide selection of meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes with seasonal products. A restaurant recommended by friends. I have to say, it's an excellent restaurant. I recommend it to anyone looking for a no-frills restaurant with authentic flavors. If I had to find a flaw, it's that there are no vintages on the wine list. Otherwise, everything is of good quality. The service and wine list are excellent. I'll definitely be back.
It's a shame about the cacio e pepe; it didn't meet my expectations.
