A welcoming, classic, and well-appointed atmosphere. The food and ingredients are top-quality, with generous portions and carefully presented dishes. The pasta and meat dishes were excellent, but we didn't try the desserts.

This is a good restaurant that I've known for many years, but I've been missing for a while. We had a great meal, a good selection of cheeses, excellent fillet steak with truffles, and good service. The bill is reasonable for the quality of the ingredients. See you soon.

I had the impression that a good portion of the clientele were regulars. This can be explained by the excellent food, but also by the friendly staff, who converse with guests, suggesting dishes and offering clarifications...they're also well-versed in wine. The rustic atmosphere evokes warmth and tradition, just as tradition is reflected in many of the dishes offered. The menu is extensive, ranging from typical Roman pastas and main courses to delicious grilled dishes. If you'd like to try several delicious dishes, I recommend the Mangiafuoco appetizer...made especially for those with a sweet tooth. Service, despite the restaurant being fully booked, was prompt.
