30/07/2025: Come da titolo. Oramai è un’istituzione nella ristorazione di fascia alta nella capitale. Locale ottimamente arredato, sempre lindo ed ordinato. Servizio attento e di altissima qualità con grandissima attenzione al cliente. Menù di terra e di mare della tradizione romana e laziale. Materia prima sempre fresca, eccellente e ricercata. Prezzi adeguati alla qualità delle pietanze e dei servizi. SE SIETE IN ZONA LO CONSIGLIO SENZA RISERVE.

27/07/2025: We had read a lot of positive feedback about this restaurant and that was the reason why during our Rome trip, we made sure to have dinner here. As out trip was in March, not high season for Italy, we did not think of making a reservation beforehand: big mistake. We could find a table only for lunch. So, make sure to reserve ahead of time. Located just across the Rome Opera, the restaurant is very centrally located. The decoration and overall ambiance is very cozy and Italian. The food is very good but not that different than other good restaurants in the city. The service could be better, it was a bit sloppy and even on the verge of being rude time to time, that's a pity for an establishment like this. Nevertheless, we enjoyed having lunch here, it was, for most part of it, the Italian experience we were looking for.

26/08/2025: Reservation for a large group. Seat quite comfortable despite the unpleasant surprise of a huge tire mark on my seat. Toilets absolutely disgusting, smelly and full of urine, both on the seat and on the walls, as well as a permanently dripping faucet, I won't even mention the water savings. Food mixed and decreasing but service full of beautiful scenery... in short, an unforgettable evening that I would have liked to extend!

02/08/2025: On July 2nd, we've came a long journey under hot sun, as this place was shown as Open on Google maps, just to find out it's actually closed

06/09/2025: I've been going to this restaurant for many years, not because of the location, which has remained the same for decades, but because of the excellent value for money of the fish dishes. And I'll continue to return, hoping that...

18/07/2025: Among the many touristy, rustic trattoria-style restaurants in the area, who would expect to eat one of Rome's best cacio e pepe dishes in a modern and elegant setting just steps from the Spanish Steps? VyNIQUE offers this and much more. Style abounds, quality ingredients, and attention to presentation. We had a puff pastry eggplant parmigiana as an appetizer, followed by a carbonara and a cacio e pepe. For dessert, a fruit soup with sorbet and a citrus crème brûlée. The appetizer was delicious, and we returned the first courses as if they had just come out of the dishwasher. My wife told me the crème brûlée was one of the best she'd ever tasted. To top it all off, the waitress was both friendly and professional. Our only regret was not having tried their Negroni. Until next time, highly recommended!

11/09/2025: After a few years, we decided to try this trattoria in the Pigneto area again. The menu is very basic, with limited first and second course choices. The wine list is barely adequate for a place that calls itself a wine bar. Among other things, we ordered two glasses of Prosecco, which were brought to us already filled without us knowing which bottle it came from. Overall, much more could be done...

09/09/2025: Some of the most delicious, yet simple food Roma has to offer. The owner /waitress was running the show on her own and doing a fabulous job. Very affordable compared to other restaurants in Roma we have eaten at. You’d be so lucky to dine here as we were. Don’t miss out!

27/07/2025: Hands down the best food I have had in Rome. The cheese wheel pasta was amazing. Was a little worried at first that it was a tourist trap restaurant, but ended up being phenomenal!

15/08/2025: A pleasant discovery. Excellent dishes and a varied menu. Attentive and friendly service. Prices are a bit high, but that's the current trend. We'll definitely return, perhaps to try the pizza. Updated 8/15/25. Always a guarantee, even on a critical day like Ferragosto. Fast and impeccable service, excellent dishes, extreme courtesy, and reasonable prices. Excellent.

25/08/2025: We had dinner last night. I ordered fettuccine and a chocolate cake, which, without exaggeration, is one of the best I've ever tasted. It's true that we ordered another dessert that never arrived, and it took a while for the bill to arrive, but the waiter who served us was super kind and the restaurant is top-notch. 23/08/2025: Excellent restaurant in Rome. Well-kept and clean environment. Staff helpful, attentive and very kind. Mrs. Alice and Mr. Gianluca are very attentive to Customer Care. True Roman cuisine with exquisite, abundant and well-presented dishes. Superlative desserts!! A Sunday spent very pleasantly in this excellent restaurant where we will return soon! Well done!

08/09/2025: A typical little restaurant in the less crowded part of Trastevere, on the Lungaretta, on the right side of the street as you descend toward Ripa Grande. The Roman dishes are average, even better considering the indoor and outdoor location, and the staff are absolutely friendly and attentive. Special praise goes to the waitress Maria, who is attentive and attentive to the customer's needs even during busy periods, always there with a kind apology if something goes wrong, even if it's timing. Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes, but it's worth it. Excellent value, from the food to the excellent house wines.

12/08/2025: An incredible spot in the heart of Rome’s Jewish Ghetto! If you want to try artichokes for the first time, you won’t find a better place. We ordered an assortment, and every dish was a true discovery - vibrant flavors, perfectly cooked, and full of love for tradition. Special mention to the service: friendly, genuine, and attentive staff who are happy to give recommendations and help you choose. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, and the food is simply unforgettable. Must visit!

07/08/2025: amazing find! stumbled across this restaurant and it looked closed, but the owner welcomed us in and looked after us so well. .... really funny, charming and helpful. The food was AMAZING .. I'm just sad we found this on our last day in Rome as it was the best pizza and pasta I have ever had, ever!

08/09/2025: A very cozy place with tasteful decor. Good service and quick service. Fair price for the food. There were three of us, and two found the food satisfactory, and one liked the dish she ordered. I think we'll be back to try other dishes.

20/08/2025: We tried it just last night, so it was a Tuesday evening in the second half of August. We found quality, availability, and above all courtesy, both in the service and the welcome, but especially in the food we ate. Let's take it in order: there were five of us, three of whom were children. It was also one of our three's birthdays :D We discovered that all the fried foods and desserts are gluten-free, while the rest are available both gluten-free and gluten-free. This in itself is a plus, especially for those like me who are looking for gluten-free-friendly places. The chef is very knowledgeable and attentive, as is all the staff. She's not a certified gluten-free expert, but honestly, that doesn't matter because you can be a certified gluten-free expert and not do one of the things they "teach" or "explain" to you... but back to us. We ordered suppli and a pizza for one with two waters, a reasonable price, but above all, we left feeling full, not stuffed, and having eaten divinely. If I really had to add a comment, the suppli, or rather the rice, were a bit overcooked, but the exceptional breading more than made up for it. The pizzas were truly divine, starting with the birthday boy's red one, moving on to the mozzarella, bresaola, and parmesan shavings focaccia (without arugula because he asked not to add it), and the Margherita (which the two girls shared), all strictly gluten-free, right up to the eggplant and classic crostini (these with gluten). Another plus: they were served in slices for the kids, except for the focaccia, which, rightfully, would have been destroyed. What else can I say? There's no extra charge for gluten-free, which is much appreciated... They also have several lactose-free desserts (unfortunately, not all of them), but above all, the chef updates her pizzas based on her customers' opinions, such as not using gluten-containing flours (which is much appreciated). Just to be fair, they only use gluten-free starch (this is always true for pizzas). What else can I say? Definitely worth returning. For those who come, it's not easy to find a table, but there are plenty nearby, and the hassle of finding a table will be worth it for the delicious food.

23/07/2025: Smiling and very friendly waitress. Large portion, very large!! Option to take away unfinished pizzas. The only downside for our group was the tiramisu, which was too sweet. I'm a sweet tooth, though! Definitely coming back. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation. Thank you.

06/09/2025: Worst ravioli and tiramisù i have ever tasted.. everything tasted stale.. tiramisù had only mascarpone without any trace of savoiardi in it, the mascarpone was cured all together , had to throw away

06/09/2025: The worst spaghetti we ever had in our lives. The texture of the spaghetti was completely off, the pasta was probably not that fresh. The sauce barely had any seasoning in it, even salt was missing. It felt like we were eating wet leather strings. The only positive thing about this place is the friendly staff.
