A historic restaurant in a central location, recommended by friends, and it lived up to expectations. The atmosphere is familiar yet elegant, with attentive and meticulous service. During our family lunch, my mother had serious allergies: the chef personally came to the table to ask her in detail and propose express dishes, specially prepared on the spot. A truly rare and much-appreciated attention. Excellent value for money, but what is most impressive is the quality of the service and food.

Cacciani is a Frascati institution and absolutely worth a visit. Nestled close to the historic center, it offers a priceless view of Rome. Traditional dishes are impeccably executed. Let Paolo and Leopoldo guide you through your choices. The artichoke alla giudia, the pasta dishes, and the chicken alla diavola are all true gems. Everything is always seasonal. Highly recommended!

A very good restaurant in Frascati. We went there on the recommendation of a sommelier friend from Rome. We weren't disappointed. The wine list is superb, the prices reasonable, and the food very good. Even out of season, it was February, we received excellent service.

We happened to arrive on the right day, Shrove Tuesday, with a panoramic view and fireworks to celebrate the birthday of a dear friend and brother in a restaurant that was welcoming from the owner to the smallest employee with excellent food and drinks.

I've been to Ristorante Cacciani and I have to say it was a wonderful experience. Authentic flavors, the real ones... Eating on the veranda is something special: a moment of true relaxation, a wonderful place where you can enjoy the food, the view, and the time without rushing. It's one of those places where you just feel good. Friendly service, a warm atmosphere, and an overall feeling of care and passion. I'll definitely be back, because places like this deserve to be experienced multiple times. 🍷❤️

22/03/2026: A typical Roman trattoria, serving traditional dishes prepared just like in the old days. The carbonara is top-notch (the real one, without the cream)!!! Definitely worth a try!
