The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The dishes were really good; we naturally opted for the Roman classics, with generous portions and delicious sauces. I highly recommend it.

Good, nice, and inexpensive. The atmosphere is very welcoming, the waiters are very friendly, and the food is delicious. The Cacio e Pepe is definitely a highlight!

Best pasta I’ve ever had, u must get the cacio e Pepe, Bellissimo! House white wine - superb. Atmosphere glorious and happy, lots a chatter and laughter, a good energy. Staff are very friendly and interactive with patrons! Good prices & not touristy, feels like the real Italy x

Customers are a mix of tourist and working people from services around creating a very urban/popular environment. Food is typically Roman and good quality. Efficient service. VerVeryy good indeed!

The cacio e pepe, amatriciana, and profiteroles were all really excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the tiramisu...it was dry.

27/03/2026: A few issues, but a rustic and authentic atmosphere When we entered, the place was filled with smoke from the embers in the kitchen. We ordered several dishes, to try more. The pasta was very generous and succulent. The meatballs were good. The steak was very crispy. A few forgetful remarks in the service (we had to ask for our glasses after the wine arrived, as well as the bread. Our fork was taken away between the first and second courses but not replaced). The glasses had an unpleasant odor. The atmosphere was rustic and authentic, the classic rowdy atmosphere of old-fashioned Roman taverns (a tavern that sings in the kitchen and has friendly staff). But there's room for improvement in service and product quality.

From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed with fresh bread as a welcome gift, a very kind gesture. I was most impressed by the grilled sea bream; the fish was exceptionally fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of natural flavor. The lasagna was equally delicious, aromatic, filling, and prepared according to a traditional Italian recipe. The friendly and efficient service is also noteworthy. The staff was polite, smiling, and cared for guests' comfort throughout their stay. The restaurant is located in the charming Trastevere district, allowing you to experience the true Roman atmosphere and savor Italian cuisine in a unique setting. It's clear that the restaurant prioritizes fresh ingredients and high-quality dishes. I highly recommend Miraggio Trastevere to anyone seeking authentic Italian flavors, fresh fish, and a friendly atmosphere. It's a place I would happily return to on my next visit to Rome.
