A fairly cozy place with friendly staff, but it's the pasta arrabbiata that sold me. Highly recommended! Carbonara was less tasty and a bit too salty.

We were 8 days in Rome, and first night bumped on this place. We came over for two more times. So first night we took polenta with amatriciana souce and bruschette for start and carbonara and pasta amatriciana for. Polenta was amaising, especially amatriciana souce which is perfectly balkanced for my taste. Perfect combination of tomato sweetness and guanciale’s aromas. Bruschettes was nice, nothing special, but worth of trying. Carbonara was nice and creamy, I didn’t need additional peccirino on top. Pasta amatriciana was little bit stronger than carbonara, which I like, and both pastas was perfectly cooked al dente. For second visit we choose pinsas. Both were great! You can acctually see that ingrediants are high quality. Dough was nice and soft with perfect baked chrust and in combination wiht draft beer you don’t feel blown. Bravo! Third visit we want to change to something more concrete so for start we tried supply with lamb ragu. One of the best which we tried. Surely it is different, other ones were not with lamb ragu but this was different than others and way better. For second course we tried saltimbuca and veal in gorgonzola and pear souce. All rounded with red wine by waiter’s choice. Both meals were very very nice, but I was ammaised with veal. Ovarall this place is hidden gem in Rome. We spent cca 50€ for both of us per night. Owner and his son are doing wery best of themselves to make you comfortable and satisfy. We also didn’t make any reservation in advance! Maybe in this time of year it is not even necessary. Owner always founded table for us. All in all great little bistro in which will you enjoy. P.S. Bonus for owner. He reccomended us two great places with live music, written by hand 🙂

Perdincibacco, a pleasant environment full of personality, Roman cuisine (and not only) and a good pinsa seasoned with attentive service and the friendliness of Massimiliano. With the new location in via della Stazione San Pietro, under the watchful eye of the Sala Nervi the new bistro loses Bacco and continues the adventure with Perdinci, with an offer from breakfast to dinner and a more ambitious menu.

We came here for dinner. The service was above average, though we have experienced better while in Rome. The atmosphere was nice; however, the food was a hit and miss. The bruschetta and pomi d'oro pizza was fantastic and absolutely delicious. The calamari and shrimp tempura dish and the pomodori pasta were average. The carbonara and amatriciana pasta was far too salty and not to our liking.

Fermati qui dopo uno spettacolo al teatro Ghione siamo attratti da questo piccolo e romantico ristorantino, pieno. Tuttavia ka cucina nulla di eccezionale, ci è sembrato il tipico ristorante di Roma che approfitta dei turisti.

Ristorante sufficiente! Location molto bella ma pizza e fritti non eccezionali! Tiramisù invece eccezionale, prezzi nella norma
