25/05/2025: We went there on the evening of Naples' victory; the atmosphere was fantastic. The meat was excellent and the service was top-notch. At the end of the meal, the waiter offered us an incredible view of the city with the fireworks on the terrace. On both evenings without a reservation, a table was found for us very quickly. We had an incredible time and returned the next day. Thank you again.

02/06/2025: I have been going to this restaurant for years, and I have never been disappointed. The first courses are excellent, both the usual ones (the Bolognese and Sicilian ones are excellent) and the more particular ones (I still remember a memorable spaghetti with soffritto). The homemade side dishes are exceptional. The fried foods are also perfect, special mention for the potato croquettes, the right consistency and flavor and you can notice the absence of starch. Familiar and welcoming atmosphere, I have often ordered take-away and Fabio (the owner) has always been very kind and professional. Just like at home.

27/04/2025: It was my first time at this place and I had a good time. Quick welcome, clean and well-organised room. Efficient, attentive and fast waiters. Varied pizzas for all tastes as well as a good selection of first and second courses. We ate pizza and it was really good. Classic pizza that fits perfectly on the plate, low crust and quality products. I liked plenty of basil in the two pizzas, one margherita and the other with aubergine parmigiana. Maybe the one with parmigiana I would have pushed a little more with the flavor but they were still pleasant. We also ordered two croquettes and they were good overall although given the very thick external crust they seemed not to be made by them but still of excellent workmanship. Also positive was the large choice of desserts and semifreddos that not all places have. Nice experience! Congratulations to all the staff, especially to the internal organization where everyone has their own task and to the very polite waiters who are always present in the room.

You work very poorly, goodbye

18/05/2025: Oasis in the form of beautiful wine, food and service. Escape the busy streets of Napoli and have a treat of natural wine and produce. The staff are lovely and incredibly knowledgeable. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The best! Will definitely be back.

I have had seafood meals in Italy, France, Greece, Croatia, Montenegro and Spain and none of them compare to how delicious the lobster linguine was. I also loved the salad and the Babà! The service was incredible and my husband and I had a fantastic time!! The server even was able to tell us when we ordered incorrectly, which was true and prevented us from messing up our meal, and gave us some great suggestions! I would recommend to anyone!! 13/05/2025: An unbeatable lunch menu and excellent service. This is the neighborhood canteen. A wide selection of dishes, including daily specials, is featured. A constantly changing menu and a warm atmosphere are featured. The establishment has a covered terrace that's quite cool when the weather is warm.

Aperitifs and cuisine at the highest levels with seafood dishes prepared with the freshest fish. Real good local cuisine. Highly recommended. It is strictly forbidden not to pass by Carmine: you would lose the true flavor of Ischia.

And I gave it a go. What-a treat. The food is all fresh all made from scratch. Super tasty. It seems like a family owned place with such a friendly and endearing vibe. Not to mention the price wise was really affordable. If you are in the area, this is a place to go for a meal. Bon appetite 🙌
