Ristorante Osteria Vineria Campana In Pomigliano d'arco

We had lunch at Osteria Campana in Pomigliano d'Arco in December 2025, around the feast of Saint Lucia. The restaurant offers a welcoming, rustic atmosphere, made even more pleasant by the seasonal decorations, with beautiful attention to detail on the table and an excellent selection of wines (we paired our meal with a good bottle of Falanghina del Sannio 'Senete' Janare). Personally, I enjoyed the experience: I really appreciated the main courses, especially the pasta (a lovely plate of tagliolini with a rich sauce) and the meat-based main course, which was flavorful and beautifully presented. My wife, however, was a little less enthusiastic. What divided us was the appetizer: the 'Barzotto al bosco' (a soft-crusted breaded egg on a bed of vegetables). Although visually inviting, she wasn't entirely convinced by the taste and didn't find it particularly appealing. Overall, I'd give it a fair rating (3/5 stars). It's certainly an osteria with potential and a warm atmosphere, but perhaps with some flavors that fail to please all palates.

A welcoming location where a warm atmosphere accompanies you on a delicious gastronomic journey. The constant succession of delicacies creates an explosion of flavors that satisfies the most refined palates. Remarkable first courses, second courses, side dishes, and appetizers.

Easter Sunday spent with excellent food. Recommended for the excellent meats and wine.

An excellent experience in every way. We had a truly wonderful meal, the dishes were tasty and carefully prepared. The food was truly excellent; you could taste the quality and passion in every dish. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. The service was attentive, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Everything was perfect, we'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

Osteria Campana is a real discovery in Pomigliano! It was a quality evening, where we were literally pampered by a formidable team: Valentino (the impeccable maître d'), Raffaella, and Enzo welcomed us with a professionalism and a smile that make all the difference. The menu is not overwhelming, and this is its strong point for me: the choices are well-chosen and carefully crafted. For the appetizer, the roasted artichoke and parmigiana are a true Neapolitan Sunday must-have, executed to perfection. The meat, a beautiful selection with an unbeatable quality-price ratio. I tried a Polish rib-eye steak with excellent marbling, very tender and perfectly cooked. The wine list is simply superb. It offers a range of interesting labels from all regions of Italy, including high-end French Champagnes. We ordered a Nanfrè Valpolicella DOC from the Tenuta Sant'Antonio winery, priced at just €16 per drink. The real highlight? The selection of spirits! When I ordered a Diplomatico, Enzo asked if I'd prefer the Reserva. It's in these details that you know you're in the right place, run by someone who truly knows their stuff. Kudos to the owners for their unwavering hospitality! I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

A welcoming and elegantly furnished atmosphere, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful staff. The wine list is top-notch, and the cuisine is truly excellent in terms of quality, quantity, and presentation. I visited this restaurant for a business lunch, but I will definitely return. P.S.: The restrooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, a rare find.

We ate very well, sampling many hot appetizers, a Genovese dish, and a meat dish, all well-prepared and delicious. To finish, the tiramisu was delicious and traditional. We'll definitely be back.
