I discovered this restaurant through social media, I absolutely had to try it. Refined environment, friendly and professional staff, high-level cuisine with the freshest raw materials, creativity and attention to detail. Congratulations to the Chef patron Enza Crucinio and the maître Salvatore, I will definitely be back... special mention for the Acquerello risotto creamed with clarified butter, sea bass tartare and Candonga strawberry, green and buffalo stracciata sauces: the best risotto I have ever eaten !

Consigliato da amici nulla da dire sul cibo in quanto il risotto è uno dei più buoni mai mangiati, il fritto di pesce croccante la tagliata di tonno si scioglieva in bocca ma il tutto con una lentezza esasperante e senza grazie visto che mi è stato impedito di assaggiare le patate perché inscindibili dal resto del piatto e che il sorbetto in realtà era un gelato al limone anche se insistevano che si fa così . Se ricapitassi dalle parti di Policoro difficilmente ci tornerei perché l’ ambiente deve essere sereno.

Excellent fish sashimi, good quality cuisine and high quality raw materials. Very expensive, though; being the only slightly gourmet restaurant between Scanzano Jonico and Corigliano Calabro, it fits but sometimes it's too much. Nice to experiment with new flavours, but the menu is perhaps too little diversified. Some dishes promise flavors that you often don't taste. I've been there 5-6 times though, so I would go back, but once I paid 15 euros more and I don't understand how it's possible (the prices on the digital menu were different than on the receipt). Service could be improved but good. They should go back to making SUSHI, because on the fish/raw fish side they are very good and lower the price of the dishes. Between 3 and 4 stars (compared to the others it is a 5, but here we are talking about absolute level and relationship with the price).

Ambiente elegante e sobrio , accoglienza cordiale. DIRETTORE tecnico di sala molto competente ed empatico. Non bastano i principi astratti, non bastano le buone intenzioni. La professionalità è fatta di comportamenti concreti e si insegna mostrando come ci si comporta. ABBIAMO optato per una cena con percorso ed accompagnamento con tre calici. Ci è stato chiesto se avessimo qualche intolleranza e ad ogni nostra richiesta siamo stati esauditi, costantemente curati con attenzioni a noi gradite . La cucina RAFFINATA è il linguaggio nel quale essa traduce inconsciamente la sua struttura. sono esperto ristoranti livello 82 con oltre 165 mila lettori, consiglio questa location. buon lavoro a tutti : segno distintivo AUDI TT AKIRIS
