02/11/2025: Very good pizza, the dough is not among my favorites but abundant toppings well cooked very tasty, the comfortable room but in my opinion the spotlights are too strong and cold light given the place, a more relaxing light would be needed, the impeccable service, kindness and availability are top as are the prices four pizzas for three two beers and a bottle of water € 41 it also took 1 euro off us we had a great time the place is enchanting it really looks like a nativity scene we will be back Thank you!!

The culinary offerings are excellent! Salvatore won us over with all his preparations!
Highly recommended!
16/11/2025: A wonderful experience, accompanied by my dog. The agriturismo is easy to reach, surrounded by greenery among orange, mandarin, and kiwi trees.
Standard rooms, super comfortable pillows, spacious bathroom.
The room was located away from the main building, which was top-notch, providing a sense of peace.
Breakfast and dinner are locally sourced, with everything homemade: fruit, jams, pastries, yogurt, pasta, passata...
I highly recommend this agriturismo; I will definitely return.

28/08/2025: We went to Iris on a trip to the Anzi observatory. The staff made us feel welcome and served us drinks before opening time so that we were comfortable. Food was great. Highly recommend if you are heading up to the observatory to stop here for a bite first.
20/08/2025: Diner was good. Everything was delicous. But the biscotti they also sell in various flavours were the best I ever had! I kid you not!

Walked in with my pregnant fiancé after a long day driving the place was completely empty besides 1 table and they wouldn’t let us sit we even offered to go outside and they still wouldn’t take us. Extremely horrible people running this place I wouldn’t recommend for a second.
In response to below - the whole restaurant was empty besides 1 table of 2 people. We would’ve gladly sat outside and eaten but you did not want our business. Horrible service. I worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years and would never have treated a customer this way.

using detergent/sanitizer to clean the table next to you while you're eating (if it's mandatory, at least avoid spraying it).
14/12/2025: This restaurant is a bit overrated, given its appearance on the TV show. The food is certainly good, but nothing special. The atmosphere is nice, and the service is more than good. The bill is moderately high.

18/11/2025: La Fedda Rossa was our base for a 2-day vacation in the beautiful Matera. We were blown away by the exquisite dishes and the quality of the ingredients used.
Below are photos of the dishes: breathtaking cruschi pepper cones, incredibly delicious meatballs with a lemon potato sauce that I can't even begin to describe; the pasta dishes (strascinati and orecchiette alla materana) were phenomenal, not to mention the Ciccio bruschetta and the berry cheesecake.
I highly recommend the place, especially for the kindness of the waiters, who made us feel right at home!
