A very pleasant culinary experience! Highly recommended!

Fantastic shop with a great selection and very friendly staff. I bought a bottle of wine with “Maratea” on the label as a souvenir. I definitely don’t recommend traveling with it in a car though, mine exploded (it was not hot in the car, and was not jeeps in the sunlight) .. ☹️ ! Not exactly the souvenir experience I had in mind, but at least it made for a memorable story. Highly recommend the shop!

The best restaurant in Maratea! A small, authentic and intimate place with just four tables, where every detail is taken care of. The dishes are incredibly fresh, prepared with excellent local ingredients, and the wine selection is truly excellent. The owners are extremely kind, welcoming, and passionate. An authentic experience we highly recommend!

A fantastic wine bar, to say the least. The place is set up in a very particular rustic style, the photos speak for themselves. You are welcomed like one of the family. You sit in a small room at the back of the place where there are few seats, making everything even more intimate and familiar. We ordered the single platter, which is more than generous for two people. The platter is garnished with delicious jams in oil. We tried a sweet garlic in oil whose flavor was indescribable. When the platter was served on the table, the aromas of all the cheeses and various cold cuts could be smelled. The first courses of the day were also delicious, they were served with preparation and presentation that were nothing short of impeccable. With every forkful, you can taste the love put into preparing that dish. And what can I say about the desserts? Few choices but well-structured and well-made. The wine recommended to accompany the dishes had a unique flavor. I think I've never eaten so well. I would make the two and a half hour drive again just to come back here!!!!! P.S. I also bought their products to try and bring 1% of those fantastic flavors to my dishes. Five stars plus...

Small but cozy place; tasty food and local products, with vegetarian and vegan options; friendly staff. Recommended!

We stumbled upon this place, and I cannot stress how satisfying every bite of their food was. Four different foods, and all tasted so original and so gracefully light, it didn't stop us to keep having more until we were fed beyond belief. We cannot recommend it enough. Reserve a table or you may not be lucky enough to taste this glorious food, but still try your luck!

We discovered this place on the recommendation of the owner of the B&B where we were staying. They have only a few tables, so reservations are recommended. We ate very well, with dishes freshly prepared by the owner, including cavatelli prepared 10 minutes earlier, courgette and aubergine parmigiana, and Lucanian white wine. We had a wonderful evening, a fantastic dinner with jazz music in the background. The owner was very good and courteous, and we chatted at length about local wines and food.

Excellent traditional cuisine with local products. Dinner is served inside the shop, but the atmosphere remains intimate and welcoming. Friendly owners and reasonable prices.
