Peperusko is much more than a restaurant🫶 it's a place where you can truly feel the passion behind every detail. The two brothers who run it are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely talented. You can immediately see that they have an exceptional eye for beauty and quality. Every dish is thoughtfully crafted, with each ingredient carefully selected 👌🏻 Nothing feels random; every element on the plate has its purpose. It was an absolute pleasure to eat here, and you can tell that they cook with both skill and heart. A special mention for the atmosphere as well it perfectly reflects their great taste and attention to detail. And one last tip: don't leave without asking them to show you their drone footage of the surrounding region. It's absolutely breathtaking and made us appreciate the beauty of the area even more. We had a wonderful meal, an exceptional platter with homemade cheeses, and perfect service!!! Two young people run this restaurant, and they also sell local products. The wine selection is exceptional. We ordered a platter and soups. Authentic flavors of a region they help promote with great love for the ingredients. We'll definitely be back! And then there's the priceless view of the Lucanian Dolomites!

Super kind and polite, excellent food and spectacular location

Don’t listen to the reviews that they only serve Italian speakers. They had great service and very good food at a reasonable price. They went above and beyond typical service without being intrusive. There is also a great view and yes it’s mostly locals and Italians - no crazy crowds and rip off prices The only thing I could suggest is a slightly better Buffalo mozzarella- we just drove in from Campania so we were spoiled by the amazing mozzarella - what we were served was still better than what you get outside of Italy

Casual yummy spot with a selection of snacks and meals. Wide selection of wines and beverages. Warm friendly staff and fair prices makes Pererusko a winner! We're heading back for a lighter dinner and to taste their variety of Aglianico's. 👍👌🤗😋🍷🍷🍷

What can I say...a truly beautiful place inside and with a few tables outside offering a fantastic view of Castelmezzano. All topped off with excellent food and local wine. Not to mention the courtesy, professionalism, and friendliness of Michele and Paolo. We've been there twice for all this. For dinner, we had an excellent charcuterie and cheese platter accompanied by excellent Aglianico, and for lunch, we had pinsa (pinsa) and craft beer. Truly a place to stop.
