02/06/2025: Excellent rooms with all the comforts and excellent breakfast as well as dinner... Bravo Giuseppe! ...One detail among many: he did not hesitate for a moment to cook and serve one of us a savory breakfast instead of the classic sweet one expected and on display which I emphasize was more than abundant. He greeted us with a take away of his own initiative made of homemade bread with omelette and peppers, fruit and water... Bravo Giuseppe again!

27/04/2025: Bel locale nel centro di Matera, cibo locale rivisto da cuoco molto competente anche se un po’ alti i prezzi ma la qualità è alta. Però non è pensabile di mangiare in locale di questo livello solo sul tavolo senza una tovaglia di stoffa e nemmeno una tovaglietta di carta. Questo è fortemente richiesto, per cui do solo 4 di punteggio !

04/06/2025: Da tempo volevo andare in questa perla della Basilicata..amici mi avevano raccontato che I sapori veri dei Briganti li avrei trovati in questo ottimo e accogliente agriturismo e Braceria degne di questo nome, davvero tanti i piatti con prodotti direttamente dall’azienda del sig. Giovanni, dall’allevamento, alla lavorazione e cottura per poi servire a tavola in un atmosfera curata negli arredi e nel servizio attento e cortese. Ci siamo sentiti accompagnati nel calore e fragore di una mandria sulle “ vie della transumanza “, che fermandosi al bivacco, assaporano il gusto e la genuinità di tanto sacrificio del cammino. Si accendono i fuochi e il girarrosto risuona nei canti di un tempo ritrovato..prima di andare vi consiglio acquistare dei loro prodotti d’eccellenza dal Caciocavallo Podolico ( che spero d’impiccare molto presto ), i salumi tipici da allevamenti della loro fattoria e insaccati ( ovviamente senza additivi e conservanti)..a un Pecorino dal profumo d’erbe di montagna..e che vuoi di più dalla Vita..!!!!Grazie ancora ancora al sig. Giovanni e a sua figlia Enza per la splendida accoglienza. Ritorneremo presto a trovarvi..

The food was simply excellent; each dish was prepared with fresh, local ingredients, and above all plentiful and flavors were authentic and delicious. But what made the visit even more memorable was the kindness of the owner. He is a truly welcoming and helpful person, always ready to satisfy every need and make guests feel at home.
