We stopped for a short stay... it was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and furnished with taste and functionality. We also ate in their restaurant, which was excellent. Compliments go to the owners but also to all their staff, reception, and waiters. I recommend it.

It's always a pleasure to return to Forentum, a restaurant I've known for many years and which never disappoints. Aurora and Savino are exceptional in their hospitality and making you feel at home. The atmosphere is welcoming and the location unforgettable. A special thanks to Franco, whose courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism make the experience even more enjoyable. We once again had a wonderful evening! Highly recommended!

The pizza was really good, one of the best I've ever eaten. The staff were friendly, but careful when you set the table, always check the cutlery. My fork was dirty. I'd also change the water bottles because it spills, and add more pizza flavors. But it was really good.

Unfortunately, after an exhausting journey due to the heat, I expected to dine al fresco at this Michelin-recommended restaurant, but instead there was an event going on inside. Despite having two tables at the entrance, in a sort of bar, the owner, sitting on a chair in front of the door, didn't even get up and instead pointed us to a table on the sidewalk, next to the passing cars. Or in the middle of the square in a parking lot, with a sloping floor... it seemed like a nightmare, not to mention the almost 40-degree heat. My husband had the courage to eat a hot pasta dish, and I a beef tartare that tasted like it had been blended, with a tasty mayonnaise and some porcini mushrooms. Also, the fried Apulian dish was terrible, with zucchini flowers battered in a thick, flavorless batter, decent pettole, and other less-than-savory dishes. Perhaps at another time I would have appreciated it more, but honestly, I didn't like the owners' behavior, or the place in general. The interior is tiny; it's honestly almost impossible to find your way inside. And it's really ugly outside, for me, of course. Furthermore, the owner addressed the waiter derogatorily, "those two," seeing how annoyed I was... I won't be back.

I ate outside in a pleasant location, right off a quiet road. I had an appetizer, first course, and second course with a glass of wine. Everything was delicious, although I would have preferred fresh fish dishes. Excellent service, fast and very friendly. I'll be back.
