This place was recommended to us by the manager of the camper area where we stopped: a beautiful, well-kept and above all clean environment. There are some aspects to improve. 1. The service. Customer service needs to be improved and possibly understand whether the customer's needs can be met. I'll give you an example. My wife doesn't eat meat, but I do. We asked if it was possible that the starter platter could be "mixed", we were told no somewhat curtly. 2. The location is not in line with the type of cuisine offered. A location like this lends itself to high-end, gourmet catering. The dishes are good, but we are in the perspective of typical Lucanian cuisine, more linked to traditions than to gourmand cuisine. PS: the Sassicaia boxes in the foreground are a bit "sborone"; and this also clashes a bit with the idea of ​​a location like this. 3. The wine list needs to be revised. I found low-end or very high-end wines. You should include a series of medium/medium-high range wines and leave aside the great wines that are not well suited to Lucanian cuisine. The alternative could be to revisit the dishes to raise their level. To close, you need to decide what you want to be. The starred restaurant or one in the Michelin guide or a restaurant that makes its history and Lucanian culinary tradition its flagship.

Location curata ed elegante; camerieri preparati e cordiali, che sanno consigliare, specialmente i vini: ottimi. Olio evo strepitoso e piatti curati, con prodotti del territorio. Un menù un po’ della tradizione culinaria del territorio ed un po’ con un estro più creativo. Ci tornerei per una serata tranquilla, in cui farsi coccolare dall’inizio all’inizio.
