An excellent restaurant in Matera's old town. We were seated upstairs in a charming, large vaulted room. Both the appetizers and our main courses were delicious—the only slight drawback was that one of the dishes was far too salty. Superb Italian wine list. Highly recommended.

When I return to Matera, I always return to Stano. Traditional food is excellently cooked and served as the star of the show, because the eyes are the first to eat, all in a refined setting! Fast service, and the bill isn't exactly cheap! See you next time!

Last night in Matera, I had the pleasure of dining at a truly special restaurant. I ate wonderfully: traditional dishes, prepared with top-quality ingredients and with meticulous attention to detail. An added bonus was the extremely kind and attentive staff, who made you feel immediately at ease. An experience I absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to savor the true flavor of the region! ✨🍽️:

Fast service despite it being a holiday, everything was very good and tasty, a truly wonderful discovery ❤️ we opted for the tasting menu and everything was perfect! As Alessandro Borghese would say: "A ten!"
