We tried the famous Pignata, mutton cooked with potatoes in an earthenware pot, and the tagliatelle with sausage and grass peas, both delicious. For dessert, the "sporcamuss" was delicious. Everything was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended.

Recommended by Francesco, a local guide. We ended our stay in Matera on a high note. Pignata and Pignatella. Appetizer with out-of-this-world mozzarella and ricotta. Excellent crusco dessert.

Dinner was simply perfect!! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the service was incredibly fast, and the food was indescribably good!! The prices were truly in line with the quality!
