12/05/2025: We were on Sunday 11 May 2025, we were in Lagonegro to tour some naturalistic places of interest and the town of the singer Pino Mango. We trusted the good reviews and we fully confirm the quality, kindness and availability in giving information on the local raw materials and on the singer Mango. I recommend it, you can eat very well and there is a choice of wine that you can pair with the land and sea menu.

What made the experience even better was the friendly lady at the counter, who spoke great English and made us feel truly welcome. A hidden gem in the mountains!

17/04/2025: The service is self-service, meaning you order at the counter and set glasses and cutlery yourself. When ready you go to get the plate, but in reality the kids are available to help. Very nice place, good food, only the sautéed chicory is a little tough, but tasty.

24/05/2025: A must-have in Potenza, one of those family-run places that are unique! A family trattoria, very attentive to its customers. We didn't speak Italian, but they tried to understand us in Spanish. We ate brilliantly, with their homemade pasta, porchetta, and charcuterie board! IMPRESSIVE! Also decorated with cycling jerseys and some photos of Nibali! We'll be back!! And the price is great, €44 with their great homemade tiramisu dessert! Thank you very much.

18/03/2025: the restaurant was placed inside ancient water cisterns, which makes it very particular and fascinating. the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, the staff are attentive, thoughtful, present, available, always ready to explain their dishes or products and to satisfy every request. I was in this place the first evening I arrived in Matera, with my partner, we chose some typical dishes and two glasses of red wine, (primitivo and aglianico) the owner, very kind, wanted us to taste some Greek and offered us two glasses and at the end offered two glasses of liqueur. right proportions, excellent quality/price ratio. highly recommended!

25/02/2025: Marie-Cooking and Spirits Workshop- is a truly special restaurant. The welcome of Carmine, the owner, puts you at ease so much that you feel at home. Family-run and with professional and kind staff, this small restaurant makes truly super dishes!!! The menu ranges from seafood dishes to land dishes and nevertheless to lake dishes, the recipes vary according to the seasonality of the raw material, of excellent quality without a doubt. In the summer I recommend you book for a dinner by the lake, you will be enchanted by the atmosphere. The cellar is well stocked and if you are undecided about which wines to pair with your dishes, Carmine will find the solution, a great enthusiast who will definitely be able to advise you. The trout in BBQ sauce is an interesting dish to discover and the beetroot risotto is something delicious. I recommend the tasting menu to try a bit of everything, but if you're hungry, choose directly from the menu. Restaurant to try if you are in the area!

06/06/2025: Very nice restaurant with good food and very friendly service. A very warm welcome from the kitchen, good Prosecco, and a fantastic dessert (caramel cocoa tart)! We'd be happy to go back! The waiter made a real effort to speak Italian slowly, so we were able to understand him well despite our holiday Italian. So much more pleasant than being spoken to in English despite having limited Italian skills :)

23/05/2025: Don't make the mistake of stopping randomly for lunch at this trattoria: choose wisely instead! Lovers of simplicity and generous dishes and service will be delighted, while others will enjoy the bay leaf liqueur and be delighted too. Thanks again to the team! Purtroppo l'esperienza é stata deludente: la ragazza al bancone riccia molto scortese, attesa lunghissima e prezzo superiore alla media. Nonostante l'orario dell'aperitivo non sono state offerte neanche patatine/olive ma abbiamo dovuto ordinare qualche stuzzichino a pagamento.
