25/03/2025: We came down from Frankfurt am Main to celebrate a birthday with family and friends at Villa Euchelia. Dinner for about 40 people, excellent cuisine and excellent service. Everything taken care of well! Even the hotel rooms we took were all neat and clean. We were very happy, our guests were also very happy, and this remains the most important thing. Villa Euchelia.. availability.. professionalism and kindness with a beautiful family "touch"! Thank you

24/03/2025: We stayed 2 nights at villa euchelia using a wonderbox package. The room we stayed in was simple and rational, the place pleasant and quiet, the staff young and helpful. Special praise goes to the food, all really excellent, especially the tortelloni stuffed with Genoese which I put in my top 3 of the best dishes eaten to date :)

28/03/2025: After many positive experiences of staying at the hotel, I can say with certainty that it has become my second home for summer and especially winter holidays. Impeccable services, very nice and clean rooms, wellness, comfortable ski room (with access to the Gardenaccia slopes) and really excellent food and always available staff. Compliments to Francesca, Manfred and all the staff!

05/05/2025: About 20-25 minutes walk from the center of Bressanone (uphill) there is this farm surrounded by nature with a wonderful view of Bressanone and the valleys... we were immediately welcomed by the very kind and helpful waiters (unlike what I read from other reviews)... we tasted various dishes such as a platter with speck cured meats and different types of cheeses, some of which were very particular... accompanied by different types of bread, one of which was fennel. very good. We then had an excellent goulash soup and a trio of first courses with spinach dumpling, some crescents (I don't remember the exact name) again filled with spinach and a cheese dumpling. Homemade first courses excellent as is all their cuisine. The dish with speck eggs and potatoes is also excellent. For desserts we took a Bavarian cream and a chocolate pudding with cream and strawberries, good (especially the cream) but not at the level of the savory dishes. Mixed platter, goulash soup, trio of first courses, eggs with speck and potatoes, two desserts, 2 bottles of water and a half of wine 78 euros.

03/05/2025: Very beautiful farm where we had lunch enjoying truly delicious and genuine typical Trentino dishes, from starters to desserts, at a more than honest price. Thanks to the owner who allowed us to park the camper to visit the splendid Bressanone. Massai family.

09/06/2025: The hotel was beautiful and in a great area. The staff was amazing and so helpful - they even recommended a wonderful little restaurant for us that we would have never found on our own. Spectacular! We hope to return soon!

06/06/2025: Stunning location over the Grand canal, few meters away from gondola canal transfer point (2 euro per person), so you commence your planned working tour with the shortest way recommended by Google map. Very good concierge service. Fair and full breakfast.

21/04/2025: ⸻ A weekend of pure beauty and haute cuisine in the heart of the Langhe We spent a weekend at Il Vigneto in Roddi, during a trip to discover the wonders of the Langhe, and I can say without hesitation that it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a breathtaking landscape, immersed in the quiet and authentic beauty of these hills, where calm and peace reign, now rare to find. We chose a suite for our stay and the level of hospitality was equal - if not superior - to many renowned 5-star hotels. Nothing is left to chance: the room is spacious, furnished with impeccable taste and equipped with a hydromassage tub for two people, a large and luxurious bathroom, and a King Size bed with extraordinary comfort. An environment designed for relaxation, with attention to the smallest details. I really wished time would stop. The restaurant, then, was a real revelation. The service is on par with the best gastronomic restaurants: courteous, knowledgeable and attentive dining room staff, impeccable cutlery changes, refills of bread, artisanal breadsticks and focaccias that are always fresh. Every detail is an expression of sober elegance, never forced, and above all of an authentic passion for the territory and the cuisine. The menu is balanced and original, with proposals that combine respect for tradition with innovative and never banal research. I speak as a chef: here you can perceive a profound knowledge of the ingredients and an almost reverential respect for every single product. 03/06/2025: After a long time we finally managed to try the cuisine of Erba Brusca and our expectations were not disappointed. The location is very beautiful, with lots of space between the tables (which we liked very much) and with a view of the dehors. The service is attentive and precise. The food is excellent, simple dishes but at the same time refined in combinations, prepared with high quality raw materials. The plating is pleasant. The price is in line with what is served. We can't wait to come back, well done!

And if this is not exclusive in a city that has a sublime and ancient relationship with food, here the naturalness without presumption with which perfect dishes are served is surprising.

14/05/2025: Tried the vegetarian tasting menu which was inventive and showcased the chef's talents in Italian cuisine: - vegan tartare - red onion carabaccia - fusilli with green spinach sauce - miso glazed cauliflower - dark chocolate mousse Made the reservation because it was recommended on the Michelin guide, but without a Michelin star. Having been to 3 starred Michelin restaurants, this is an area which can be improved upon.

01/05/2025: Non c’ero mai stato prima e devo dire che è stata una piacevole sorpresa. In un piccolo cortile interno, lontano dalla calca del lungo lago, si respira un’aria di tranquillità, tranquillità trasmessa anche dal personale, gentile e professionale. Hanno piatti sia di terra che di lago/mare, tutti (quelli che abbiamo provato) di qualità, senza condimenti eccessivi che coprono i sapori delle materie prime. I prezzi, vista la location, sono più che onesti. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

28/05/2025: I would say this is probably a good restaurant but if you’re a big group ordering a set menu beware. We were scammed and served a set menu supposedly worth 30 euros but were served breads, a tomato pasta and a granita. Yes no meat or fish was served for the mains. If you go as a group just order a la carte.
