Not only was the food incredible—fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care—but the service was truly EXCELLENT. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. It was such a nice treat on our visit to Italy that we ended up going three visits, and each time was just as wonderful as the first. Casetta Rustica is the kind of place you look forward to returning to, and it will definitely be a regular stop for us every time we come back to Italy. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome—this restaurant is a true standout! Grazie Casetta Rustica per il cibo INCREDIBILE e ECCEZIONALE e il servizio ECCELLENTE. 15/12/2025: Quality! I visited this restaurant at the invitation of friends. I can only say it was a wonderful evening. I ordered the sole, and the waiter brought it to the table, cleaning it in front of us with great graciousness. A simple, yet delicious dish. To finish the meal, I ordered a persimmon. I was brought a majestic fruit, plump and sweet, sliced ​​and topped with ice cream. A magnificent experience. Thank you!!

The dishes are magnificent. The combinations of flavors and textures are beautifully balanced. The cuisine is highly original and of the highest quality. The entire culinary journey is executed impeccably, and the explanation of each course is detailed and conveys a great deal of passion.

17/12/2025: The location we chose to celebrate my birthday. When I booked, they told me they couldn't prepare a birthday cake for just three people. However, that evening, the chef made a small one just for us, and I was very happy with these little touches. High-quality food, highly recommended!

08/11/2025: Excellent restaurant! Eight of us had a menu to choose from. All the dishes were very good. The pesto-filled gnocchi remain my favorite. This is the menu we tried: Fassona Beef Tartare and Veal with Tuna Sauce Risotto with Robiola di Roccaverano, Gavi reduction Beef Cheek Braised in Gavi, Local Mashed Potatoes Creamy Cream Gelato and its Appetizers Excellent service, very pleasant atmosphere overlooking the vineyards. Extensive wine list, though missing Franciacorta and Trento DOC. The only complaint is the length of the lunch. Three hours is too long, in my opinion...

06/11/2025: Very nice venue. The food is up to par, with some highlights. Service, unfortunately, depends on the room you're seated in and the staff available on the day.

26/10/2025: We stayed one night in conjunction with a theater event and were pleasantly surprised. We slept in an ancient castle with modern touches, very clean and comfortable. The dinner was excellent, featuring fresh ingredients and impeccable presentation. Eating by candlelight with a stunning view is truly captivating. The show was out of the ordinary, very special, and I'd call it magical. The price was fair. Finally, Sofia and the staff's hospitality made you feel right at home. I highly recommend it.
