20/02/2026: We were pleased to get a table for dinner during a busy time in the valley (Olympics) but that was the good thing. We had two very bland turkey schnitzels that were basically just a salty chicken nugget. Decent fries. Staff were alarmingly efficient - it felt like a rushed cafeteria. Maybe we made a bad food choice - the pizzas looked decent.

19/02/2026: A very large pizzeria spread over two levels. As a result, it was quite crowded. However, we got a good table downstairs. Overall, the food was good and tasty, except for the onion roast beef, which wasn't what we expected. It was a very thick piece of meat, cooked pink, similar to a steak. We discussed this with the owner afterward. The service was pleasant and friendly, and the food arrived very quickly, even though the pizzeria was packed.

30/12/2025: It looks as if it was recently built, judging by the way it's kept. It's not a grand building with any frills or decorations, but rather a country estate that served as the headquarters for the family winemaking business. The fascinating tours illustrate rural life and the history of wine and truffles. Every window offers priceless views of the surrounding landscape.

29/12/2025: An enchanting site, one of the most prestigious in the Langhe, with a rich and captivating history. The green area surrounding the fortress offers extraordinary panoramic views. Inside, there are courtyards, halls, and visitor areas.

04/04/2026: Nothing special, unfortunately. The dishes were a bit sad. That's what this dinner gave me, and that's what I feel like saying. The oysters and scampi were tiny. The fried food was poor; none of the fish had any great flavor, it was just passable. The first courses were the same, nothing exceptional. Having gone on a day and at a time when there were very few people, many of the waiters were standing around waiting. I understand there were few people, but it's not nice to see. The staff was poorly trained to answer any questions about the menu.

05/12/2025: We were guests at Hotel Poseidon and made a reservation at Il Tridente expecting a safe, professional dining experience. Instead, my family endured an incident that could have killed my son, paired with some of the worst behavior I have ever witnessed from a manager in hospitality. We clearly informed the staff that my son has a nut allergy. Despite this, they placed a starter breadbasket on our table with no explanation whatsoever—and it contained nuts. My son took a bite, unknowingly. Only 20 minutes later did a waiter return with a “nut-free” basket and admit the first one had nuts. We had not been told, warned, or advised at any point. I raced up the entire property—multiple elevators and several flights of stairs—to grab his emergency medication. Anyone familiar with allergies knows that within minutes, this mistake could have become deadly. My son’s life was put at risk because the staff failed one of the most basic responsibilities of a restaurant. But what made this experience truly appalling was the manager. His behavior was not just unprofessional—it was shockingly rude, dismissive, defensive, and outright hostile. As I explained what had happened, he repeatedly cut me off, raised his voice, and insisted his staff “would never” make such an error. He acted as if I was the problem for daring to bring up a life-threatening mistake. The waiter himself then stepped in and admitted the truth, proving the manager wrong. Even after being confronted with the facts, the manager still showed zero remorse. No apology. No concern. No accountability. Not even basic human decency while I was shaking and trying to ensure my son was safe. His attitude added a level of emotional distress that was completely unnecessary during an already terrifying situation. For a restaurant positioned as fine dining, this was an absolute disgrace. Mistakes can happen—but the way management chooses to handle them reveals everything about an establishment. And this manager showed a level of arrogance and indifference that is completely unacceptable in any setting, let alone one where guests’ lives are at stake. I will never return, and I strongly warn any family with food allergies—or anyone who expects even minimal respect or compassion—to avoid this restaurant entirely. No parent should have to fight with a manager while fearing for their child’s safety.

05/12/2025: Best place on our stop to Postitano. Great views, food and service! Get ready for an uphill hike, we were gassed! But it was well worth it!

08/04/2026: I went to dinner with two of my friends; one of them and I had pizza, and the other a burger. It's supposed to be Neapolitan cuisine, so you'd expect the pizza to be good. Instead, it was soggy and apparently hadn't risen well, as I'd been drinking all night and it lingered in my stomach until the next day (that never happens). The burger, however, was good. It can be deceiving, but the pizza chef isn't Neapolitan, let alone Italian. Prices are higher than average.

06/02/2026: The venue with the worst acoustics in Cesena. With the place half empty, you can barely hear each other from 30 cm away, which is a shame because everything else is fine.

23/03/2026: Magnificent place. Superb building, well-designed, airy and bright. Suitable for everyone, with a beautiful garden behind and access to the park. There's a cafeteria in the basement where you can enjoy your coffee at a table 50 meters away without getting bored... it's the good life, Italian style. A superb place.

11/04/2026: We found it by chance. It was packed. We asked for a table for two and they found us a small table in 10 minutes. The food was super fast and delicious. The pizzas were made with all-natural ingredients and the mussels were amazing. The service was very friendly. Prices are cheap compared to other restaurants in the area. 100% recommended.
