02/06/2025: I was at Ripa, during a family lunch, on May 1st, a group of 12 people. The owners are exquisite, kind people, the food is excellent and the portions are very generous!! In fact, we only ordered 2 dishes each! In order to enjoy 2 first courses, I asked for "princess" portions (half portions). The raw materials are very fresh and carefully chosen, you can taste everything! They also made me an excellent fruit tart! They have excellent local beers, Anima. The service was perhaps a little slow, we arrived at 1 pm and left almost at 5 pm.

26/05/2025: Recommended to me by a nearby shopkeeper, I had a pleasant surprise. Courtesy, cleanliness, very pleasant environment. We ate really well and I will definitely be back!

Especially for me who hates reading menu's!! Amazing food, lovely staff, and the atmosphere is cool as well. Currently under construction but I will not let this influence the general atmosphere 🫶🏻🫶🏻

07/06/2025: It's my first time here... A place with attention to detail, very special... Excellent quality food... Sila potatoes with the skin very good, as are the sandwiches... Staff always present in the room and very kind, with particular attention to children. My daughter wanted some wrustel and they arrived in the shape of an octopus... To spice up the evening, very pleasant live music... I will definitely return with my family. Keep it up...

18/05/2025: The restaurant has a luxurious atmosphere, the service is also in line with this. The four of us went here to eat and chose the pizzas. In addition, the menu also consists of meat options, pastas and salads. The view is beautiful, from most tables you can look out over the entire lake. The parking of the restaurant is more than sufficient.

22/05/2025: Restaurant specializing in meats, where "grill" is the key word. Although located a little out of the way, near the airport, it was a discovery. Very nice and well-kept environment, both outside and inside, without too many pretensions, but welcoming. Very kind staff. Small but concentrated menu, with many reinterpretations and super specialties that I had never found before; great variety of meats to choose from for the second courses. Superlative treatment of both raw and cooked meat. The tartare was out of this world, among the best I have ever eaten. The meat was delicious, super tasty and cooked just right (we had asked for it rare). Small negative note: service overall a little slow. The prices are not cheap, but all in all they correspond to the quality of what is offered. If you love meat and want to have a culinary experience that rewards taste and quality, regardless of your wallet, this is a place to try!

21/05/2025: Eccellente, semplicemente eccellente. Ci sono stato diverse volte, sempre ottimo, ieri sera credo di avere mangiato come mai fatto in vita mia. Antipasti perfetti, bistecca superlativa, pane ottimo, contorni perfetti. Dico solo che dopo tutto ciò, invece che indugiare sul dolce, abbiamo preso ancora un antipasto. Grazie grazie grazie

11/05/2025: In April 2025, with my family, I had dinner at the "Antico Baglio" Pizzeria Restaurant in Castelbuono. Very nice place, large, tastefully furnished. We focused on the pizzas and chose three different flavours: sfincionella (toasted breadcrumbs, caciocavallo, anchovies and tomato and onion) excellent, inebriating aroma, well-leavened dough, good cooking, Napoli pizza and gourmet pizza (Madonna mozzarella, Nebrodi pork loin, potatoes and ferla mushrooms). All excellent. Friendly staff, good service. Honest prices. Advised
