11/06/2025: Bel posto, Antipasto molto abbondante, e ravioli di ricotta, tutto ottimo, cibo di qualità. e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. L'unica nota negativa ( se così si puo dire) abbiamo dovuto aspettare un pò. Ma in complesso mi sono trovato bene , ci tornerei

08/06/2025: Interessantissimo l'antipasto molto ricco, ottime pappardelle al sugo di lepre e l'arrosto misto tenerissimo. Ottima esperienza.

29/07/2025: I stopped with my two small children, one a newborn, to shelter from the rain while my husband went to get the car. I asked the girl's permission first (since I hadn't consumed anything), and she kindly told me it wasn't a problem. The owner, nor the gentleman who was in a hurry to close, didn't share the same opinion. No one told me we had to close, but in the meantime, I had started changing my one-and-a-half-month-old baby. He made me understand that they had to close. I hurried out so as not to disturb anyone further and was about to throw the baby's diaper into the outside bin (unsorted). He came out, declaring that the bin is private and can't be used... Well, maybe the food will be excellent, I don't know and I'll never know... but kindness and empathy are not at home! In fact... I wonder if the gentleman will ever need help and understanding... Deeply disappointed.

28/07/2025: In Piazza Regina Margherita, near the luminous fountain, we ate a sandwich outdoors at this place. The staff was friendly and eager to accommodate their needs. The musolino and coppolone sandwiches were excellent. The fried foods, chips, stuffed olives, and mozzarella were also good. They also have draft beer, but I didn't get a chance to try it; I ordered a bottle instead. The atmosphere was lovely. The little square is pleasant and busy. Prices were reasonable.

20/07/2025: Have visited a few times. Good quality sandwich and the staff know English. A couple times Ive been they are out of some ingredients when I try to order, but they let you substitute things so you’ll get something tasty. Recommend the Brigantozzo, this place seems to specialise in sausage like the region. And the Sferlazza is a great chicken and mustard option. Vegetarian options are okay, but all include some fried patty. Would be great if there was a vege menu option without the patty. Would love the option to just buy the bread, its so good

30/08/2025: My husband and I, both Calabrian, dined here a couple of evenings during our stay in Abruzzo. What can I say? Super friendly staff, excellent food, impeccable service, and the meat is a spectacle... top notch! Long live Abruzzo and the Abruzzesi... exquisite people!

15/08/2025: Bad experience. The waitress spilled my entire drink on me and didn't even bother to clean the table or the floor. She even laughed, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism. I will never return and I strongly advise against this place.

24/04/2025: Super welcome surprise at the Abruzzo brewery! Although they informed us that they would be closed for Easter Monday, they let us know that they would still serve two of their beers during an outdoor event. Relaxed atmosphere, excellent kebabs and pleasant music: the perfect mix to enjoy the day. The staff was really friendly, and even gave us two cans of beer since the tap room was closed. A gesture that we greatly appreciated.

24/03/2025: Don't say that on Sundays you are open from 11am, because after a nice walk at 1.30pm we found that you were closed.

13/07/2025: They didn't answer the phone and the hours indicated were incorrect, so much so that after a 2-hour drive I arrived and found it closed.

07/07/2025: We arrived at 8pm with a reservation. We waited 40 minutes before ordering and then a girl came to tell us that we had to wait another hour to eat the pizza. Shameful, they could have said it from the beginning. We ate somewhere else at 10:30pm! Never happened anything like this.

24/08/2025: A nice place to enjoy the cool breeze on hot days. The restaurant is poorly organized, which affects the final price, which is definitely overpriced. 🤨

19/08/2025: We had lunch at this family-run restaurant nestled in the Fonte Romana beech forest during a wonderful e-bike excursion, and it was an experience we will long remember. The atmosphere is authentic and welcoming, surrounded by nature and the silence of the forest. The menu offers traditional Abruzzo dishes, cooked with simplicity and great care: authentic flavors, generous portions, and quality ingredients that truly reflect the region. The service is friendly and welcoming; we felt more like guests than customers. A perfect place for those who want to combine the pleasure of a day outdoors with an authentic gastronomic experience, immersed in the heart of the Majella. Highly recommended!

Cucina molto apprezzata per sapori, presentazione e tempi, considerando la situazione. Esperienza estremamente positiva e da ripetere anche in situazioni meno formali. Un ringraziamento di cuore allo staff di cucina e di sala.

19/08/2025: A total mess. Mountain huts are a different story. Loud music that only disturbs the atmosphere, making it impossible to talk. Rubbish created to attract Neapolitan kids who arrived with the soccer team.

30/03/2025: Great service, we were served right away. We ordered a sandwich with sausage and courgettes and one with sausage and aubergines. The portion was generous, for those who want to keep it light a sandwich for two is fine

16/07/2025: I went a few days ago and found myself with ten of my friends for pizza. We were served frozen pizza that was moldy in some parts, not to mention the waiter's numerous touches on the pizza. Riccardo's pizza was a rock, he couldn't eat it. I don't recommend this place. Eat at home and you'll be better off.

08/09/2025: Good food, small portions compared to a few years ago, long waits between courses, very poor service, only one waiter and double the price, I don't think I'll go back again.

29/08/2025: We came to this restaurant during our vacation based on my wife's memories of coming here with her parents. Considering it's been open for so many years, I believe and hope my negative experience today is just a coincidence. The service is slow and cumbersome; customers are practically left alone, and the wait for anything is incredibly long. The staff was visibly struggling. We ordered an Italian-style appetizer, which was average. We had also asked for arrosticini as an appetizer, but after a while, they informed us they were having problems with the heat due to the heavy rain. So, we waited for the entrees... unfortunately, it was a total disaster. The gnocchi had the consistency of mashed potatoes, and the lamb sauce was completely tasteless. It's a shame, because given the appearance of the restaurant, it was the dish we had the most expectations for. Before we could point this out to the staff, a woman at the table next to us did. She was told that gnocchi don't turn out well with new potatoes. It would have been enough to remove that dish from today's menu to at least cover the first course. We're not the type to send dishes back. We then received the arrosticini, which were good in quality but a little overcooked. After a good two hours at the table, we preferred to pay the bill when we saw the waiter at the register, so as to avoid having to wait any longer to order two coffees.

16/08/2025: Fantastic experience. With one of their tasting menus, you'll have the chance to eat exceptional food. The staff is friendly and attentive to every detail. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the location is in a historic building, which adds a certain charm.
