Ristorante Peppe di Sora In Pescasseroli

Very high prices for a starter, a first course and two second courses, 80 euros, truly excessive in my opinion

We visited the place on a Saturday evening, despite this the place was not crowded and the service was excellent. The dishes we ordered were really good and of high quality. We were especially happy with the polenta. I definitely recommend the place as the portions are generous and the price is definitely worth the quality and quantity of the dishes. The place is well looked after and also well heated.

Large restaurant with large tables of different sizes available. The staff is kind and helpful even if they do not always understand the customer's requests. The bathroom is perhaps small compared to the capacity of the restaurant. For this reason, lines of use of the latter are very often created. The design of the bathroom creates an abysmal contrast with the design of the restaurant (very rustic and at the same time elegant with ceiling lighting and some wall spotlights). Quick service in delivering food to the table with respectable plating. On the walls there are characteristic paintings of the place. Next to the bathroom there is a display cabinet with wines (a very risky choice of location) but with a nice effect on the customer. In the center of the main room there is a space used as a cafeteria which somewhat ruins the atmosphere of the restaurant. Behind this there are shelves where the various alcohols are located. In general the restaurant in general has a right design for what it is the place where it is located. The exterior is very anonymous, where the large writing "PEPPE DI SORA" stands out. Excellent experience.

The food is very good. Cuisine from Abruzzo, excellent staff.

Warm and welcoming environment... excellent food, the girl who served us was very sweet and polite, the owner was also very kind... if we were to return to Pescasseroli next year we will definitely be back, thank you!
