04/05/2025: I called to take advantage of the promotion of €14.50 for 1 kg of pizza with a free Coca-Cola, clearly specifying that I preferred less than 1 kg rather than more. At the time of collection, however, they wanted to make me pay €17, claiming that it was "a little more", i.e. 1 kg and 100 g. Doing the math, however, that amount corresponds to €15.95, so it is likely that the pizza weighed more than declared. After pointing it out (with a bit of insistence) and asking them to take away the excess grams instead, they still made me pay €14.50, also leaving me the extra part, albeit in a slightly annoyed way, but without including the Coca-Cola included in the promo. I still appreciate the gesture, but I don't think it's right to have to argue every time: it's not the first time it's happened. I kindly invite you to use the scale with greater care. Overall, I give 3 stars: the pizza is good and easily digestible, but the promotion was not respected. Tip: if you order on the phone, pay attention to the portions... or better yet, go in person!

Once I opened the package, the product revealed itself to be very poor quality already at the sight with very finely sliced ​​and burnt almonds. It lacked perfume, aromas, butter, softness... if I had eaten it with my eyes closed, I would have thought of an industrial product of little value. What a disappointment, what a fool for my guests. Having spent €30 I was expecting so much more. It really gave me the idea of ​​a focaccia produced months ago. But why don't you also print the production date on the package?

I ask for a croissant filled with cream, I taste it, the cream tasted of acid. I point it out to this little girl and she replies "well if she doesn't like it", no darling, it's not that I don't like it, it's that the cream isn't good!! He pretends not to listen to me and continues with other customers. I turn a blind eye and move on. Then he goes to the cashier and in addition to the other purchases made, he puts it on my bill. I'm shocked. But how can you sell cheap cream and not even have the principle to taste it to see if what I say is true or not and still get paid for it? Horrible and unprofessional.

BREAKFAST: my every request and whim was fulfilled, the raw materials were fresh and sought after and carefully selected and explained (every morning different and fresh cold cuts and cheeses) LUNCH: Lunch with a fixed menu with prices from €10 to €15, good first courses, mouth-watering second courses APERITIF: the wine selection is very carefully selected, from sparkling wines to reds, with always different and never predictable appetizers. DINNER: The dinner menu becomes more complete and always carefully prepared, I tried the Uruguayan tagliata and it melted in the mouth, the carne salada was very fresh and abundant ROOMS: Moving on to the overnight stay, the rooms are recent, modern, functional, clean, well-kept and comfortable The management is really attentive and kind, they satisfied all my whims and needs punctually and discreetly, the kindness and professionalism at high levels. If you have an eye for dogs, there is a sweet Golden Retriever that rarely pops up.

04/05/2025: If this was indian food then maybe i was born in wrong india. The food was bland and portions were extremely small. Chicken biryani had 3-4 small chunks of chicken in it. Food arrived extremely quickly which tells me that it wasn’t completely fresh. A few chunks of Paneer were hard and rubbery which is not supposed to happen.

Breakfast was a bit lacking, but it was absolutely sufficient. I felt very comfortable in my single room. The friendliness of the staff at the reception and in the restaurant is particularly noteworthy.

27/04/2025: Siamo andati a cenare in questo locale dopo aver letto il consiglio della guida Michelin. Purtroppo non lo abbiamo trovato all' altezza delle aspettative: i piatti ci sono sembrati poco ricercati nella scelta degli ingredienti, quasi per nulla curati nell' impiattamento (soprattutto l'antipasto di salumi e formaggi e quello con la pasta sfoglia) e le quantità veramente piccole per il prezzo. La sala, inoltre, dove abbiamo mangiato sarebbe da svecchiare e rinnovare. Nota positiva: il titolare è stato cordiale e simpatico.
