14/06/2026: Good food, but incredibly slow service! We arrived at 12:30, and the first courses weren't served until after 2:00. Absurd! Another sore point: the bathroom. For the elderly and those with mobility issues, the squat toilet is absolutely not suitable. It's a shame, because the food is good!

The staff was incredibly helpful, and the setting was beautiful both inside and out. A fantastic, majestic tree made the exterior truly evocative. Perfectly positioned, we enjoyed the warm sunset light from the beautifully positioned furnishings. 💜

The service was quick, the waiters were very friendly and attentive, and every now and then the owner stopped by to ask how the tables were doing. We'll be back for my son's confirmation. If I really had to pick a detail, I would have opted for a different placemat, but that's a professional oversight and doesn't detract from the experience. The dish that thrilled me the most was the first course with cavolo nero: simply superb. Every bite deserved to be savored slowly, so much so that twenty minutes flew by over a single bite. It's one of those experiences where time slows down and you focus solely on the aromas, textures, and balance of flavors. The wine pairing was also perfect: the sommelier's recommendation was impeccable and enhanced the dish extraordinarily. Attentive, discreet, and competent service made the dinner even more memorable. A haute cuisine experience I recommend to those seeking authentic emotion on the plate and fascinated by innovative research into fish. *I enjoyed the first one so much I didn't take a photo 😊

06/07/2026: La Madonnina del Pescatore — An experience that goes beyond lunch The setting embraces a minimalism that, contrary to what one might expect, feels neither cold nor clinical. Instead, it radiates a genuine warmth, enhanced by the large sea-facing window that turns the dining room into a constant play of light and colour, especially on the veranda. The table is understated and simple, yet somehow inviting. The staff were wonderfully attentive: knowing it was my first visit, they guided me thoughtfully through the menu, recommending the tasting menu in which the chef tells his own story through dishes rooted in personal memories over time. Particularly worth mentioning is the remarkable care and sensitivity shown towards my dietary requirements — the menu was adapted with ease and without any fuss, and this in no way compromised the quality or coherence of the overall experience. I won’t dwell on individual dishes, as that would do them a disservice: the menu is best understood as a complete experience. A journey through flavours and aromas that evoke different places and seasons, with stunning cooking techniques and textures that leave you speechless. A truly unique experience — one that cannot be fully described, only lived. ​​​​​​​​​
