17/05/2026: I've been there three times since the management took over. Let's go in order: the first time for lunch, a set menu, standard food, and somewhat awkward service, but they were just starting out. It was still cold and the place wasn't heated, so I ate lunch in the cold. At the register, they told me they had heating problems. The second time, for dinner, there were eight of us; we had club sandwiches, all good, but there's a sign at the register: "We don't keep separate bills." I never carry cash, and I would have had to pay for eight people with my debit card, only to have to go through the hassle of doing the math and going to the bank to deposit. I didn't think that was fair, and I wasn't treated well at the register. They told me that if you divide the total by eight, they couldn't use a debit card transaction because they had issues with the register. (Another problem, in order of appearance). In the end, the owner preferred to keep separate bills, so what's the point of the sign? Is it true? The third time we dined, we tried the restaurant and were disappointed: poor quality and high prices. My steak, ordered medium, arrived rare, a tiny portion, and it oozed a lot of water and blood. One of my friends' dishes didn't arrive at all. The tiramisu was anything but tiramisu; the truffle was a single block of ice floating in the Grand Marmier. And that evening, too, there were problems with payment. The bathroom was dirty, even hand soap was missing. The previous management was much better. Disappointing; they're only saved by the beautiful location.

27/04/2026: For a cycling trip, my wife and I chose Locanda Al Ponte Stella in Casale sul Sile because, along the Sile cycle path, it's in an excellent location for a stopover before continuing our journey along the river to Jesolo. We were truly satisfied with everything. The owner provided us with all the information and directions for our trip, first by phone and then on site, where he greeted us upon our arrival. The place is truly stunning and tastefully renovated in a modern style, and the room was very comfortable. The dinner we had in the inn's restaurant/pizzeria was truly excellent, both for the food and the delicious pizza, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time, compliments to the owner! We will definitely return for a longer stay at Locanda Al Ponte Stella to explore the Sile River, its natural landscapes, and the stunning Venetian villas along the Sile Greenway E4 by bike.

29/10/2025: Knowledgeable staff, Quality dishes, value for money a bit too expensive. Recommended for an aperitif, less suitable for dinner.

24/09/2025: I had a party with more than 60 guests, and all the guests were happy with the food, the atmosphere, the music, the services, and it went above my expectations, thank you for everything, you were very kind and helpful to all of us, we will definitely be back!

31/05/2026: Traumatic experience, not even worth a star. I ordered delivery and it arrived cold—nothing so absurd, you might say—until I found five dirty, black curly hairs on the pizza. I reported it immediately and they came to take it back and brought me another identical pizza with, no less than, two more hairs on it. They were kind enough to "gift" me a mini Coke. Never again, and the pizza, for the little I ate, wasn't even good.

05/05/2026: The pizza was good, unique, I'd say, unlike anything you find around. I was very satisfied. The owner, a pizza chef from another era, is kind and makes you feel like an old friend. I had a great time and will definitely return.

02/06/2026: CASH ONLY, NO RECEIPT, NO ATM. The manager told me: POS "not working" and cash only. When I pointed out that I didn't have any cash, the solution was to withdraw money. Personally, I don't think it's normal to have to look for an ATM to buy a kebab. I left everything on the counter and went elsewhere. A terrible experience.

12/02/2026: Six euros for a sandwich is already a euro above average, but I can accept it if it's good and well-filled. You're charging me even more for poetic license (I'll explain below), no receipt, and reheated meat. I think there's a lot of malice behind certain behaviors, and it was a joke. I feel like I've been mocked as a customer. I ordered a kebab with meat, salad, tomato, and yogurt sauce. The kebab cost six, but he charged me six.50 because, according to him, even with these ingredients, it was "just meat." I pointed this out to him, but nothing. Furthermore, he didn't cut the meat from the skewer, but instead reheated the pre-cut meat in a container. He didn't give me a receipt.
