18/05/2026: When my husband and I want to treat ourselves, we always come to Liberal. The cuisine is fresh, high-quality, and pays close attention to local ingredients. The service is always friendly, and the atmosphere is refined but not cloying. It's definitely a place I'd recommend to anyone looking for a dinner out that will reconnect with the world.

Appetizers were sparse and sparse, seasoned with 2024-vintage European olive oil, best before 2026, and therefore had very little organoleptic properties.
First courses were well-seasoned but overcooked.
The pasta stuck to the plate despite being well-seasoned.
Given the progress, we moved on to dessert, a Sicilian cannoli. The wafer, instead of being crispy, was moist despite being coated in chocolate.
So, either old or poorly preserved.
The only positive note was the barrel-aged grappa, which had no contraindications.

04/04/2026: I went for the first time a week ago. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was very helpful and courteous. Nicolò, the waiter, was incredibly friendly. The food was truly delicious and made with love. I'll definitely be back.

28/04/2026: The restaurant's location, along a road amidst the greenery of Montello, is already very pleasant: a family-friendly place with children's playgrounds and animals like goats and a few donkeys to the delight of the little ones.
I find their offerings very interesting. The restaurant has indoor dining rooms, tastefully furnished for events like First Communions and Confirmations, available during the winter. Service is quite prompt, and the characteristic Venetian dishes are carefully prepared with fresh, local ingredients.
During the warmer months, guests can dine at the outdoor tables, enjoying more accessible dishes, including snacks, chips, and cheeses, ideal for those who frequent Montello by bike or motorbike.

I recommend both the convent appetizer and the colt tagliata. Excellent wine.

Tender and succulent, highly recommended. The staff was very friendly and eager to accommodate every request. I'll definitely be back!
