Trattoria al Forno In Refrontolo

Good food, but incredibly slow service! We arrived at 12:30, and the first courses weren't served until after 2:00. Absurd! Another sore point: the bathroom. For the elderly and those with mobility issues, the squat toilet is absolutely not suitable. It's a shame, because the food is good!

Pleasant atmosphere and excellent food

When a place leaves a lasting impression, it deserves a review. We found a place purely by luck because it's always packed, and now I understand why. For us, it felt like a scene from a movie, with the cyclone music playing in the background... The tables were all full, with many foreigners, which in itself makes you feel like you're on vacation, even if it's just for one evening. We sat by the fireplace, watching the Florentine steaks being carefully cooked. I thank the staff for their kindness, friendliness, and professionalism; you're a great team. The rib-eye steak was very good and tender, I recommend it. The side dishes were homemade... we only ate the main course to make room for dessert. We'll be back to try the other dishes, thank you.

Historic restaurant in the center of Refrontolo. Excellent food quality. Prompt and friendly service. We had a fabulous rib-eye steak, cooked right in front of us by Mario himself. It was all paired with an excellent wine recommended by the waiter. I'll be back. Fair prices.

A great surprise! Beautiful place, centrally located, close to every imaginable beauty spot in our area! The interior is beautiful, authentic, and original, with a stunning outdoor garden! The quality of the meat was excellent! I had finger-licking-good rabbit! The service was attentive and meticulous! I'll definitely be back!

A very nice, small but excellent restaurant... The staff were very friendly and attentive... The food, from the appetizer to the dessert, was all very good... The Prosecco was of very good quality...

On a pleasure trip, my husband and I stumbled upon this small and very quaint trattoria. The owner, even though we hadn't booked, was very kind and managed to find us a table. The staff was friendly and professional. Excellent food, generous portions. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

Historic trattoria in the square in Refrontolo. I've only had an excellent prosecco there, but I still have to try their cuisine, which I will definitely do soon.
