14/02/2026: Excellent restaurant. Impeccable service. Good, well-prepared food. Both the staff and owners were friendly. The place was clean and comfortable. The food was truly delicious. A year later, everything is confirmed. Another year has passed, and I can still confirm what I said previously. One note: the price, for a pre-arranged menu for 20 people, seems a bit excessive. Last year, we paid significantly less and the dishes were the same. There's no question about the quality.

30/03/2026: The place is very welcoming, modern, and clean. The staff is exceptional and super helpful; they greeted us immediately with a smile and were quite quick to bring our pizzas. We were all satisfied with the pizzas and calzones we ordered; the best of all was the agliata, which we ordered as an appetizer to share. The homemade desserts deserve special mention, especially the Neapolitan pastiera, among the best I've ever had. Definitely a place to return to!

An authentic place, one of those real ones, where every detail speaks of the region and the passion for Treviso cuisine... From the first courses, you immediately understand that they don't mess around: the cold cuts platter was simply spectacular, the cheeses and cured meats carefully selected, and the sopressa with polenta... pure tradition done right... The pasta and beans? A treat... The copa soda? One of those things you don't easily forget... The chef was a true master: carefully crafted dishes, full of flavor, without ever losing the simple and genuine soul of traditional cuisine... And then the finale... a tiramisu served in an elegant, antique-style cup, which alone is worth the visit. All the homemade desserts were truly exceptional… Perfectly tapped beer and a wide and thoughtful selection of wines… But the real difference is made by the people: Andrea, the host, along with his wife Marisa, welcome you like at home. And the service? Impeccable. The young woman who looked after us was knowledgeable, smiling, never intrusive, simply perfect…Nek's friend… 😉 A place that's more than just a tavern… it's an experience… One of those you recommend without a second thought…

What can I say... congratulations to the new management for the service and the menu, which harks back to tradition yet adds originality. The quality/price ratio is definitely very good. It's definitely a good option in the area! Recommended!!

04/01/2026: SUBSTANTIAL FINE CUISINE We've been returning to Gellius Restaurant for years, and each time we find it reassuring. The cuisine is classy, ​​precise, and distinctive. The open kitchen produces masterfully crafted masterpieces. The service is friendly and never intrusive, and the wine selection by the glass is consistent with the dishes. We were won over by the carpione sea bass, the tagliatelle with cavolo nero and hare, the spaghetti alla chitarra with truffle, and above all, the pigeon, which alone is worth the trip. The flavors are international yet firmly rooted in the region. The bill is substantial but absolutely in line with the offerings. The Michelin star is certainly no accident.

21/03/2026: We accidentally ended up here with friends after a morning at the market! As soon as we entered, the strong smell from the bathroom was noticeable, so we chose the furthest table. The menu is very sophisticated, suitable for delicate palates; you won't find any typical Venetian dishes. However, we ate very well; everything was delicious. The quality/price ratio was quite high, at €120 for 3 of us (1 appetizer, 3 main courses, and 3 desserts).

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the traditional dishes were delicious and plentiful. We all enjoyed the appetizers—the shank, the Vicenza-style cod, and the radicchio meatballs—plus plenty of side dishes and...prosecco. It's not our first time here, and the service is always prompt and courteous. Thank you for delighting our palates with conversation and laughter in beautiful Asolo!
