14/06/2026: Borgo Peressine... what can I say? I rediscovered memories of the Barchessa. Very good food, simple yet modern, friendly and fast service, and a very charming, intimate atmosphere.

10/02/2026: I stumbled upon this place by chance. A pleasant surprise. The pizza was delicious, made with top-quality ingredients. Very light and easy to digest; it's hard to find something this good anywhere else. I then had dessert, a pineapple crumble, which was truly out of this world. Even the coffee, which I rarely drink because it's often burnt, was made exactly as an espresso should be. I'm surprised a place with such good food doesn't have a line outside. My sincere compliments to the guys, well done!

04/04/2026: Excellent coffee, good service, strong Negroni, not a scam, 8 euros, but despite the immortal accordion doors in the toilet, I didn't eat anything

20/12/2025: A trattoria with fast, highly knowledgeable service and staff. The two owners are very friendly and knowledgable. The pizzas are excellent and plentiful, with a very extensive menu and, above all, the tartare (stuffed pizzas) are exquisite and delicious. In my humble opinion, good value for money. Two tartare pizzas, a dessert (very good and homemade), a bottle of water, and a medium beer, with a coffee. We spent €45.

15/05/2026: Do you know what a donkey's braying sounds like? Loud and deafening!!
I heard it for the first time at this farm, starting at 1:00 AM and lasting all night. Not even earplugs kept me awake every time!!! Yep, donkeys,
(more than one), under the bedroom window!
Added to the overly soft mattress and the curtains that let in the light at 5:00 AM on a rainy day (see photo), I couldn't sleep at all. I tried to rest around 10:00 AM, but the owner kept yelling outside the room! If you're looking for peace and quiet, don't come here.
If you ask to check out two hours later, you'll be charged a 33% surcharge.
They don't serve lunch or dinner, and the nearest restaurant is accessible only by car.
Despite the temperature being 9°C, the heating only blows cold air.
The bathroom has no window and the bedroom has a sealed window (as you can see in the photo it does not have shutters)

18/01/2026: We ordered 4 basic pizzas, all of which were raw, and they made us feel sick with stomach aches and vomiting.
02/12/2025: Takeaway pizza, but they also have tables to eat in, I recommend the pizza with Roman pasta which is nothing short of exceptional
