04/01/2026: Very refined atmosphere. We had lunch with friends in a room with a fireplace. The service was top-notch and the food excellent.

26/12/2025: Excellent fish and meat dinner with good wine and impeccable service. A little noisy, but understandable given the three tables of business dinners. The staff were friendly, helpful, and cheerful. We'll definitely return for another dinner, perhaps during a quieter time of year.

20/01/2026: A wonderful experience, a lovely, elegant, and well-kept venue. The service was prompt but not overwhelming. I ate a delicious raw ham paired with a good glass of wine; I also saw other interesting dishes circulating around the dining room; the presentation was certainly well-crafted and the courses delicious. The entrée was interesting, but the dessert was a bit subdued; I found the express meringue to be rather bland. It was certainly good, but I expected something more; not that this lowered my rating of the venue, which is definitely 5 stars.

11/01/2026: The place was very pleasant, as was the staff. Very clean. I have to compliment them because everything I ate was truly fabulous. Something hard to find around. For me, it's the best restaurant I've tried so far. The food, besides being high-quality, was sublimely cooked. The red wine was very good. I'd give it 12 out of 10, and 9 out of 10 for the tiramisu. I thought this dish lacked a bit of coffee and the cream was too whipped (maybe there was cream), but it was still good. I hope it continues like this. Congratulations.

17/12/2025: My wife and I had lunch over the weekend of the Immaculate Conception. We had a wonderful meal at this family-run restaurant. We had a delicious risotto with Treviso radicchio. Then we shared a plate of gnocchi with duck sauce, which was also delicious. To finish, we had a fabulous tiramisu. The owner, who was in charge of the dining room and waiting tables, was very kind and courteous. Reservations are essential; otherwise, it's very difficult to find a table.

The sardines are well-crafted, the fennel adds freshness and aromatic clarity, while the pasta is cooked with precision. A difficult balance, perfectly achieved here. 🍝 Spaghetti with baby octopus Soft baby octopus, never rubbery, in a rich yet balanced sauce. The place is medium-sized, perfect for small groups. Hours are set (reservations are recommended), so it's not a place to linger for long, but it's a surefire stop: ideal for lunch, dinner before continuing the evening, or when you want to eat well without wasting time. The prices are fair for the quality and central location. One small suggestion: a printed menu would make choosing easier for customers and highlight the food options. If you asked for my honest opinion to avoid unpleasant surprises, here it is: Osteria alla Grotta is a place that delivers on its promises. 27/01/2026: This restaurant, hidden in a small village, is probably frequented by regulars. The food was indeed delicious, the prices were reasonable, and the overall atmosphere was great. Highly recommended!

13/02/2026: Tasty, beautifully presented dishes that put a modern twist on some traditional classics. The atmosphere is refined but not overly sophisticated. Prices are reasonable (€100 for two for two appetizers, two main courses, a dessert, water, and a bottle of wine). But the real honorable mention, and the reason I decided to leave a review, was the service. The young man was extremely courteous and attentive, and was able to recommend an excellent wine (cheaper than the one we initially chose, by the way), and made some small but welcome gestures, like refilling my glass after handing over my plate. Most importantly, I had a small mishap involving the exchange of my coat with another customer, and he was kind enough to apologize (even though it certainly wasn't his fault!) and call the customer to have it returned. Much appreciated, I will definitely be back.
