09/09/2025: Very characteristic place in country/saloon style, I think it is better when there are themed evenings, menu with Mexican specialties, grilled meat and hamburgers, good but not to leave you enthusiastic, I would have presented mine a little better, too much salad, good choice of beers, excellent and generous desserts, fast service but could be improved in friendliness at least what we found on a Friday evening, medium/high prices on some things, such as delicacies, large and convenient parking..

28/09/2025: The staff was magnificent... attentive to our every request, kind and professional in explaining the various types of meat and wines offered. The open kitchen was an added bonus. The dishes were well-balanced and made with top-quality ingredients. They also took care of the little ones' needs. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended also for its cleanliness and warm, refined atmosphere.

10/08/2025: I highly recommend it: the skewer and side dishes are excellent. Service: Mrs. Renata, although she may seem serious and straightforward, turned out to be very friendly; ask for her. The only caveat is that in August, ask to eat inside the air-conditioned restaurant; it's very hot outside.

16/08/2025: Truly top-notch gourmet sandwiches, well-prepared and carefully crafted, with top-quality, fresh, and, most importantly, locally sourced ingredients, as they produce them themselves. Highly recommended.

13/08/2025: A wonderful location for the Toni Bruna concert on August 11, 2025. And if only for the food and beer! The owner is incredibly friendly and possesses telepathic abilities 😜 Fantastic burger, delicious pulled pork focaccia, and a beer with hints of licorice. Okay, beer. Oh, one wasn't enough, it was... very hot 😉 The garden is an oasis just outside Spresiano, very well-kept. Large internal parking lot, Google Maps takes you right there. Courteous service, excellent food, friendly staff, fantastic concert. PS: Enjoyable music selection before and after the concert. Thank you!

09/09/2025: The wait was too long... There were 2 of us on a Tuesday night... the place wasn't even full... Orders never arrived... Waitress serving 7 dishes at a time and half of them falling out. There's a lot of room for improvement!!!

27/08/2025: Summary: “Thank heavens” for this out-of-left-field all-you-can-eat Sushi spot. We spent a week in Italy having divine Italian gourmet but by then end had a huge craving for Asian food. This place SAVED us. Usually we get a little suspect of all-you-can-eat sushi, but this place proved you can serve fresh fish at affordable prices. BTW at €17 per person for lunch it is an absolute steal. And we paired w some decent house white wines at €3/pop. The food was brought out so fast as well. Now, this is not going to blow your mind like some Michelin star omakase haven, but it’s all relative. You have to appreciate them bringing exceptional value sushi in the outskirts of Italy.

Locanda Rosa Rosae was much, much more: a journey of the senses, of hospitality, of beauty. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a sincere smile and a rare kindness. Elisabetta and Silvio are two wonderful people, who put love into every detail. You immediately sense that the Locanda isn't just a place where people work: it's a place lived in, cared for with soul, designed to excite. The entire staff was thoughtful and attentive, with discretion and warmth. The atmosphere is truly magical. The dinner room was a candlelit dream: soft lighting, elegantly set tables, rustic and refined details coexisting in perfect balance. The aroma of freshly baked bread, the background music, the fresh flowers, the exposed beams... everything seemed to have come straight from a painting. A whispered intimacy, romantic yet never affected, that makes you forget the world outside. Dinner was an experience in itself: generous, carefully prepared, authentic courses that spoke of the region and a sincere, respectful, and generous culinary philosophy. Heart-warming dishes, accompanied by impeccable service and a perfectly selected glass of wine. We decided to stay overnight, and... it couldn't have been a more appropriate choice. The room was a journey through time, with period furniture, scented sheets, warm lighting, wrought iron and antique wood details that told stories. The feeling was that of being guests in a house from another era, one that almost no longer exists. Waking up there, with the morning light filtering through the thin curtains, was the perfect ending. But beware: this is not a place for those in a hurry. Those arriving with a watch on their wrist and anxious about a "quick dinner" will struggle to understand. You come here to slow down, to breathe, to be surprised. It's a place that invites you to stay, to listen to the silence, to enjoy the present with all five senses. A heartfelt thank you to Elisabetta, Silvio, and all the staff for making this birthday so special. We took away a precious memory, and we already dream of returning. Rating: 10/10, no ifs, ands, or buts. A place for the soul. 💫

09/08/2025: Nice place, adequate service. The food wasn't up to par, low-quality meat. Let's ask ourselves why restaurants are emptying... NOT GOOD FOOD + DISGRACEFUL PRICE (€70 per person for a first course + second course). I think they can close this place down immediately. Shame on you!
