21/10/2025: A small tavern along the road connecting Revine to Cison. The interior is very characteristic, tastefully decorated with colorful vintage furnishings. The atmosphere is warm and the host is very welcoming. There's a good selection of appetizers, such as the delicious crostini with lard, walnuts, and olive oil. The menu isn't extensive, but they're all delicious, some with unique pairings, such as the pumpkin gnocchi with ricotta and coffee. The prices aren't excessive, the portions are adequate, and the ingredients used are high-quality. I recommend it to everyone.

The restaurant immediately struck me with its style: the clever use of black creates an elegant, modern, and harmonious atmosphere, enhancing every detail without being overwhelming. A refined setting, perfect for events and special occasions. During the evening, I had the opportunity to sample several dishes from the kitchen: carefully presented, high-quality ingredients, and well-balanced flavors. Professionalism and passion are evident, both in the dishes and in the service, which is always attentive and courteous. The wine selection is also excellent, perfectly in keeping with the restaurant's identity. Casa Caldart is a place that successfully combines style, taste, and hospitality: an excellent choice for elegant dinners, private events, or special moments to remember. Recommended.

26/09/2025: Luckily, many restaurants in the area are closed on Tuesdays, otherwise I wouldn't have discovered this wonderful place. The food was divine, from the appetizers to the main courses (we didn't order the first course), and finally the dessert. For me, one of the best places in the area.

18/10/2025: The atmosphere is truly welcoming and unique, very characteristic. A journey back in time, almost a museum of small wonders. The food is truly delicious, cooked as it once was, with excellent meat and traditional local pasta dishes. The service is genuine and courteous, and we recommend it for both a casual dinner and a special occasion... try it and believe it.

In addition to the undeniable excellence of Moreno Cedroni's dishes, it's worth highlighting the entire staff's ability to seamlessly guide the presentation of the dishes and wines, putting you completely at ease. 21/10/2025: Everything was exceptional. I came in early when they opened because I didn't have reservation (which I would recommend - the place is full now on a Tuesday in the rain). I decided to skip the second and do the Tatare, Duck Bigoi (as per chef recommendation) and Tiramisu (recommended but not usually my fav). The Tatare was great, the bigoi was better, and regardless of my predisposition the Tiramisu was one of the best I've had. Service was excellent. Nice local place, a bit off the tourist track, which makes it even better...
