03/08/2026: What a pleasure to have lunch al fresco in the garden of this historic restaurant! We ordered an appetizer for two, which I found satisfying. It consisted of a wide variety of small dishes, generous enough to share between two. There were: caponata, mustard-sautéed chicken, prosciutto crudo, marinated zucchini, ricotta meatballs, asparagus with a delicious egg sauce, and battered vegetables. Then we had their legendary skewer, chicken, ribs, etc., with white polenta, potatoes, and spinach. We couldn't finish it all, but the friendly owners prepared a package for us to take home. But even though we were full, we couldn't say no to the desserts. A delicious gelato with raisins in grappa and a three-chocolate semifreddo. The service was fast, competent, and extremely friendly. We also had good drinks, and the bill was light. A place we'll gladly return to.

15/05/2026: Great experience, friendly staff, good food, and generous portions! A quaint, Indian-style restaurant! The owner offered us a digestif at the end. We'll definitely be back if we're passing through Pieve di Soligo again! There were 10 of us, including 4 children, and we were all very satisfied! Thank you so much!

01/05/2026: I've been frequenting the Canyon Pub for many years, and over time, it's become almost like a second home to me. The atmosphere is always welcoming, the staff is very kind and helpful, and their friendly attitude makes you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. They offer themed nights, a wide variety of food, prices significantly lower than average, but above all...excellent quality!!! And not to mention the vast selection of beers...simply SUPER!!! The atmosphere is truly unique, with plenty of tables inside and a beautiful garden outside ("Coccolo" especially in the spring and summer). It's the perfect place to meet up with friends or simply spend a carefree evening with a good beer and an excellent (and well-filled😋) Club Sandwich. Furthermore, you can sense a genuine care for the customer and for detail, which makes every visit pleasant and never predictable. The Canyon Pub is a place that always makes you want to return!!! Keep it up, well done👏💪
