08/11/2025: The pizza is good, but the service isn't at all. There were already problems with the delivery another time... This evening, after a 20-minute delay, I called for information and discovered that the pizzas had been delivered to the wrong address... They arrived after another ten minutes, freezing, and neither the delivery guy—to whom I immediately reported it—nor the girl on the phone (when I later called back) offered any way to apologize... In situations like these, very little would be enough (e.g., free pizzas or a discount, or a free gift next time, the classic thing all pizzerias do when they make a mistake...). Customer service needs a complete overhaul!

30/03/2026: CUSTOMER SERVICE 1 The product is poorly maintained, the quality barely adequate. The staff shouldn't badmouth the customer every time they leave the door. You should be thinking about your own problems and not other families. Go to the kitchen so we can't hear you. Disgusting behavior. HYGIENE 2 (the place must be absolutely meticulously clean, including the bathroom.) AMBIENCE 1 ................................................... I'll answer your nonsense very quickly. Everyone knows what happens after the customer leaves your disorganized place, and I was there too. You do it behind the counter between a coffee and a drink. Disgusting behavior and zero professionalism. For the FREEDOM each person has in being protected from people like you who throw stones and hide their arm, I see nothing wrong with (Mr. ANONYMITY). Freedom of choice. It exists, and what shouldn't exist is your arrogant attitude behind customers' backs. Stop pointing fingers behind other people's backs and put on a fake smile the next day. You're paid to make coffee, not gossip about it as soon as it comes out. People aren't stupid, and sooner or later you'll realize it for yourself. Have fun.

29/03/2026: Terrible pastries. Today, Palm Sunday, you'd expect the desserts to be fresh, but instead, a tray of pastries (about twenty) was stale, definitely a couple of days old. The Sicilian cannoli was disgusting, with the stale ricotta cheese. Inedible. We made a terrible impression on our guests. NEVER AGAIN!!!

20/09/2025: We stopped by chance on our way to Tigna. Delicious place, fresh desserts with a choice of fillings made to order. Clean and welcoming, the staff is polite and fast. Highly recommend.

13/09/2025: The croissants are very good, but the owner is rude, or at least unfriendly, and the cleanliness is decidedly lacking—a shame, because the atmosphere is very nice. A real shame.

12/08/2025: A small bar with outdoor seating, various dining options, and an interesting selection of wines by the bottle. Friendly and helpful staff.
