25/02/2024: Although we had booked the table in advance days before, my wife and I together with a couple of our friends with an 8 year old daughter upon arrival for the agreed time (7pm on Saturday evening) were rejected because our friends They had with them a 4kg Pincher dog (I can personally assure you that he was very good) who fits in one arm when they walk and always curls up on their thighs when they are sitting at the table. It created enormous inconvenience for everyone because we had to reschedule the evening and find a new place and, given the rush hour, without many difficulties, especially for our friends whose daughter was still young and used to having dinner early. In the end we went to Pino in Viale della Repubblica and without any reservation they welcomed us with pleasure and politeness despite the little dog. Indeed, I would add that inside their restaurant there was a blind gentleman with a guide dog (German shepherd) in tow. This is true civilization. Dear managers of the Centrale, you work hard to be superior in food and products to other places but you should first learn to be superior humanly and civilly. Shame on you. Uncivilized. Prehistoric. We will give you the worst advertising that could exist.

07/03/2024: Sono andato insieme ai mie genitori a Treviso per la laurea di mio figlio e, su consiglio del b&b dove alloggiavamo, siamo andati a Dosson ma ci siamo sbagliati ristorante che ci aveva segnalato e devo dire, meno male, posto rustico, senza pretese nell'arredo però ottima esperienza culinaria, antipato di salumi molto buoni, musetto al purè tenerissimo e buonissimo, pappardelle all'anatra come dovrebbero essere ed una fiorentina cotta al sangue come avevo richiesto e tenerissima, il tutto trangugiato con un buon vino della casa. Per finire il conto veramente nella norma rispetto a quello che abbiamo mangiato, se ripasserò in zona sicuramente torno

Platters of excellent products and the choice in the rest of the menu is also exhaustive. From the convenience store that it was, a great job was done creating a pleasant place. 23/03/2024: Tried it for the first time, a quiet and nice place, the cuisine presents particular dishes compared to the classic cuisine but very good, exceptional asparagus agnolotti and burrata. Fair prices for the quality of the dishes.

25/02/2024: On a Sunday in February, we arrived at 1.30pm and waited until 2.10pm before receiving our order, which was two starters and a cooked side dish. When they told us that the table had become available, they did not inform us of the expected long wait. When we pressed for our order, the waiter replied: "You are too late!" in a tone that seemed punitive. A waitress apologized for not informing us of the expected long wait. The bigoli in sauce were too salty and the pumpkin ravioli quite good
