14/09/2025: Sunday lunch at this restaurant offering gluten-free options. The restaurant is bright and well-decorated, with young, friendly staff. The appetizer of eggplant tagliatelle with shrimp and confit cherry tomatoes was a great start, a beautifully presented and tasty dish. Next up was buffalo ricotta ravioli with a delicate and very pleasant flavor. The meal concluded with a crème brûlée with fresh berries, a truly exceptional preparation. Prices are moderately high, but it's worth it. Recommended.

15/10/2025: This evening I went to the cicchetteria "All'Ombra della Piazza," in the heart of Padua. I tasted some truly delicious meatballs, available in a variety of flavors and all prepared with great care. The service was impeccable: the staff at the counter were kind, smiling, and very helpful, heating up my meatballs on the spot. A welcoming place, where you can experience the authentic flavors of Veneto and the convivial atmosphere of the city. Recommended for those who love quality and simplicity done well.

10/09/2025: I'd go and eat here every day of the week if I could. Everything about Ba' za Bo is to my liking from the atmosphere and decor of the restaurant, to, and above all, the food. Anna, the proprietor and her family Paolo and Silvia all make sure that you're dining experience will be unique, flavoursome and not too costly.

03/07/2025: Loved this place! Felt like a family run restaurant. Food and service were top notch. I don’t think they get very many tourist. We were the only non-Italians at lunch time. We had gnocchi and meatballs. Both very good.

06/10/2025: This is our second visit to Padua in 3 months. Absolutely not to be missed when in Padua! Not only is it a great Chinese restaurant in Padua, but it's also one of the best we've ever been to! Excellent food! Although I will always eat shrimp, there are many good vegan and vegetarian dishes available for my husband. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and super efficient, and the lady was especially kind! The dishes were reasonably priced. We had rice noodles, vegetarian dim sum, tofu soup, bak choi, ginger and garlic shrimp on a griddle, and salt and pepper shrimp—all on different days, of course! 😉. I recommend the plum grappa! I'll be back to Padua just to eat here! Congratulations! We highly recommend!

05/10/2025: We came here on the recommendation of others who had already been. Personally, I hadn't been here since the old management, but I'm glad I did. The udon and ravioli were delicious, and if you come relatively early, the place is quiet. It's not very big, even though it has plenty of tables, but it fills up quickly during peak dinner time (7:30-8 PM). We'll definitely be back; the staff was super friendly. All in all, we spent about €30, not counting the fortune cookies they gave us at the end.

25/07/2025: I stayed at this hotel last year, and since I closed my TripAdvisor account, I'm sharing my experience here. The room I stayed in felt like a hospital clinic; all rooms should meet minimum standards, even if they're standard rooms. When I had a massage, I could hear the entire conversation of the client in the booth next to mine, and even the cell phone in the other room could be heard in my room. The breakfast was very good. The reception staff were very arrogant. I didn't like the common areas; they were also open to outsiders, making it more crowded. Highly discouraged. The quality-price ratio is nonexistent. In my opinion, this is absolutely not a hotel that reflects the quality it offers.
