26/03/2025: Having stumbled upon this restaurant by chance on the advice of local acquaintances, we were very impressed first by the courtesy of the staff who found us a table even though everything was booked, then by the goodness of the pizza and beer and, finally, by the very honest final bill. From the outside it doesn't seem like the place offers much quality but trying is believing!

30/03/2025: My curiosity about choosing this restaurant was piqued by the desire to taste the first one I had read on the menu. The Spaghetto Monograno was exactly how I imagined it. Excellent dishes both in execution and presentation. Pleasant environment. Kind and attentive service. I would recommend it.

04/03/2025: The quality-price-portions ratio is not always right. The place oscillates between a family atmosphere, at times truly chaotic with significant waits during rush hour, and a refined trattoria (which can be truly appreciated on the menu and on the dish). All very good, shame about the portions (especially the lasagna) which were sometimes too small. Phenomenal beef patty, deserves an honorable mention. The fried chicken is also special. €7 for the Sacher seems excessive and should be noted. Top quality bulk wines.

16/02/2025: The oven... like those of the past! Exceptional bakery: bread, breadsticks, delicious pizzas, all kinds of treats. I was lucky enough to be there in the pre-Carnival period and I stocked up on pancakes and chestnuts, among the best I've ever eaten in my life. I can't wait to go back!

26/03/2025: I have dined at Mafaldina several times and it never disappoints me. The pizza is Neapolitan-style and the quality of the products is high. The dough is light and does not weigh down. The choice is varied, even if it does not deviate too much from tradition. The choice of desserts is also good. Absolutely recommended!

06/03/2025: Torno dopo molto tempo al Calandrino e lo ritrovo in splendida forma. Menù sfizioso con una squisita zuppa di cipolle (descrizione riduttiva di un piatto con ovetto, tartufo, formaggio e, ovviamente, pane e cipolle); delizioso il risotto, ottimi i dolci. Pane, olio, benvenuto della cucina, piccola pasticceria per viziare adeguatamente i clienti. Carta dei vini eccellente, dove scegliamo un buon Trento doc e un ottimo Sauvignon alto atesino. Servizio degno del fratello maggiore tristellato che è a fianco. Conto in linea con locale, cibo e servizio. Molto ma molto bene.

29/12/2024: A unique culinary and human experience. Unfortunately, I am only now learning that after 26 years of an honored career it will close its doors on January 4, 2025. This is bad news, as the Oboe Master of Kung Fu Panda would say.

11/04/2025: I visited Este in bloom and stopped by chance at Cama'ffare, I can say that I was very satisfied both with the pizza I ate and with the very kind staff. If I were to find myself in Este again I will definitely stop again. I recommend it.

02/03/2025: Il locale è semplice, ma carino. Presenta un menù altrettanto semplice, con poche possibilità di scelta, che orbitano attorno alla carne cruda, che ovviamente è la specialità della casa ed è molto ben preparata. Personalmente ho trovato molto alta la qualità del cibo, ma alto anche il conto pagato alla fine. Da provare.
