01/04/2026: A lovely restaurant on the left bank of the Gorzone River in Stanghella. The restoration of a farmhouse has created a charming, rustic yet warm space. The overall service is excellent, with friendly yet very courteous staff; their signature dish is undoubtedly the grilled guinea fowl, expertly and slowly cooked to create both crispiness and tenderness—a true gem. The other main courses are noteworthy, including the rib-eye steak, but the classic first courses are equally impressive. I particularly enjoyed the off-menu tortelloni with asparagus. The homemade desserts are also excellent, with a good selection, and the final bill is reasonable for the quality of the food. Reservations are recommended, well in advance.

16/05/2026: It's impossible to give 4.9 stars, but it deserves it!!! Went today with a friend, and had the tasting menu. 8 appetizers 2 first courses 1 grilled dish Coffee, water, 1 bottle of wine plus 1 liter of house wine. Spent €90 each. Given the quality/quantity of the food and the dishes served, it was a fair price. Worth going once a year. The tuna stew and risotto with cuttlefish, calamari, scallops, and squid ink were fabulous!

11/05/2026: Any idea on how to waste €55 in the worst possible way, at a place that offers 9 fish appetizers? Yes, this is the place! If you want to eat good-quality, well-made, and beautifully presented fish, look elsewhere. Here, if you express concern or dissatisfaction with the dishes served, don't they try to understand why, perhaps... by engaging in a constructive discussion? No. Here, the manager tells you (at the cashier, not at the time of the problem) that everything is fine. She's been around the tables (I haven't seen her in the dining room or at ours) and heard all the satisfied customers, and that after 45 years in business, I had nothing to teach her. I agree. It's certainly impossible to teach you empathy and communication, Madam Professional.
