08/08/2026: The atmosphere was relaxed and peaceful, despite the restaurant being fully booked. We were greeted with a smile and immediately felt at ease. Compliments to the chef, who, despite the unbearable August temperatures, prepared excellent dishes with attention to detail. The service was discreet yet attentive and friendly, professional. The wine list is worth a visit. I appreciated the clarity of the menu, which clearly indicates allergens, and the option of gluten-free dishes. Whatever you choose, I recommend trying the giardiniera, as its natural simplicity made me rediscover lost flavors. Definitely recommended, but book early.

05/08/2026: Excellent dinner for two, downtown, just steps from the main squares. The pasta e fagioli and spaghetti chitarra with duck were truly delicious, as were the sardines in saor and the Venetian-style liver. Two glasses of Valpolicella Ripasso, water. Fair prices and guaranteed quality. We were in a hurry, otherwise the dessert menu would have been worth a try!
