The boy in charge of the terrace saw me arrive (without even greeting me) and I sat down at a table that could not go unnoticed. I waited 45 MINUTES WITHOUT ANYONE COMING TO TAKE MY ORDER. After this long wait, I went to the service attendant to express my dissatisfaction and the latter really made fun of me by telling me that there was a crowd and that he could not do it any faster (He still served three tables that arrived after months during the 45 minutes of my wait) I really do not recommend this establishment because of the lack of respect shown to customers!

25/07/2025: I stayed at this hotel last year, and since I closed my TripAdvisor account, I'm sharing my experience here. The room I stayed in felt like a hospital clinic; all rooms should meet minimum standards, even if they're standard rooms. When I had a massage, I could hear the entire conversation of the client in the booth next to mine, and even the cell phone in the other room could be heard in my room. The breakfast was very good. The reception staff were very arrogant. I didn't like the common areas; they were also open to outsiders, making it more crowded. Highly discouraged. The quality-price ratio is nonexistent. In my opinion, this is absolutely not a hotel that reflects the quality it offers.
