02/05/2026: A review certainly won't change anything, but it's fair to share your experience with those reading. Nice place, I'd say a chic trattoria. Traditional and well-presented dishes. Good flavors, but not exceptional. I'd say "I'll be back." I didn't find value for money; I paid a bit too much for the traditional fare, which I think you pay less elsewhere for the same level of attention they offer. Good and fast service.

02/05/2026: 🌱 Truly authentic agriturismo. We stopped for an impromptu lunch along the path around the Abbey and had a great time. The asparagus risotto was excellent, as were the vegetable side dishes (both vegetarian). The view of the Abbey and the surrounding plain is beautiful.

I have to say, it's a very nice and welcoming place, excellent service, smiling and kind people, and above all, I have to compliment the pizza chef... it's been a while since I've eaten such a good pizza, perfect dough, abundant and excellent quality ingredients, perfectly cooked, well done 👏👏

28/05/2026: Top restaurant as it is located in a beautiful location in Teolo... as far as culinary art is concerned, try it to believe it, 100 is the maximum score I can give: Not Praise as 😭😭😭 you are far from where I live... having a restaurant so close to home.. a dream! I TASTED STARTERS.. FIRST COURSES.. MAIN COURSE... VEGETABLES ETC EVERYTHING TOOOOOPPP! ALSO:::::::: Compliments to all the staff. 11/05/2026: We happened to stop by for a coffee at Easter, promising the owner we'd return. A month later, we decided to stop by on a Saturday evening to sample their cuisine, and I'd say we'll definitely be back. First, the house appetizers: unbeatable cured meats and a truly delicate Russian salad. We opted for the grilled chicken, which alone deserves six stars. The final touch is the dessert trolley presented to you. Add to this the meticulously maintained atmosphere and the consistently friendly and attentive staff. The view of the hills alone is worth the visit. Highly recommended.

The comparison of different regions was very interesting: some Italian expressions proved absolutely up to the task, with great personality. Attentive service and a well-chosen food pairing, enhancing each wine without overpowering it. A demanding experience, but one that was fully rewarding. A tasting that leaves its mark!

The tasting, conceived and structured by Demis, was extremely thoughtful and coherent, featuring a selection of high-quality wines that elegantly and precisely captured both the Italian and French landscapes. The proposed itinerary had a clear identity, with each wine finding its own place within a well-crafted sensory narrative. The service, managed with great professionalism by Irina, was impeccable: attentive, punctual, and capable of enhancing every aspect of the tasting. The gastronomic accompaniment, also carefully planned, contributed significantly to the overall balance of the experience, enhancing the characteristics of the wines offered. The comparison of regions was particularly interesting, highlighting how some Italian expressions are just as capable as those of historically renowned producers, offering interpretations of great personality and character. The expertise, passion, and hard work behind this offering are clearly evident. It was certainly a demanding experience, but fully justified by the high level of quality achieved. A tasting that is not just experienced, but leaves a lasting impression.

27/12/2025: We booked this restaurant for Christmas lunch. The place is very well-maintained, and we were immediately greeted by the young man at the parking lot who gave us directions to park. The table service was impeccable. Fourteen of us ordered à la carte, and each person ordered different appetizers, first courses, and second courses. Yet, everything was delivered promptly and on time, despite the restaurant being fully booked. The dishes were delicious, meticulously prepared, and the ingredients were top-quality. If you're in the area, this is definitely a restaurant worth visiting. Highly recommended.
