13/05/2026: Gluten-free Diavola pizza and "regular" Diavola pizza: unfortunately, I can't give a positive review. I noticed an unpleasant sweetness that I wasn't sure whether to attribute to the gluten-free base or the tomato (which was either under-seasoned or lacking in flavor). My husband had the same unpleasant sweetness in his, with a complete lack of seasoning and a focus on the tomato's saltiness, and the same goes for the base. The spicy salami wasn't excellent, medium/low quality, the mozzarella was good, and the oregano wasn't there. I would advise the owners to try the gluten-free version and adjust the balance of flavor between the base and the toppings. I would also advise them to taste the ingredients every now and then, because the tomato is the most important, after the base. And if it's sour or sweet, it ruins everything.

Despite everything, the cleanliness is impeccable, everything polished and clean, no danger for those who are particularly hygiene-conscious. 🧑🏽‍💼 The young staff is very helpful and friendly (including the owner). 🍔 I had a burger, average portions, nothing excessive, but excellent flavor. 👌🏼 Especially for motorsports enthusiasts, a highly recommended stop.

18/05/2026: Two weeks ago, we went in the evening and ordered the Picanha Alla Pietra. Absolutely perfect!! There were two of us, and we were very sad to finish it despite the large portion. I've never had such a well-spiced cut of meat. 👍 Not to mention the owners, who were super kind and welcoming. They made us feel at home; they're truly kind and friendly people. The lady takes great care of her plants inside (she has a great green thumb), and everything was beautiful and well-kept. Highly recommended! The food, staff, and venue were truly excellent.
