18/05/2025: A pizza that leaves you speechless. I was here on a Saturday night and I went for the pizza with tartare and truffle: Exceptional. The dough was a cloud and I ate it with great pleasure. It is not the usual pizzeria that offers the usual ingredients and I think this is a fantastic quality. The service was very fast even though it was a Saturday night and the staff was attentive and kind. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat a quality pizza!

I was there on a Friday for lunch, a place also cared for in the furnishings with a modern vintage style, Murano glasses and carafes that are works of art. The guys at Sala are young and welcoming, they pamper you throughout the culinary journey. I discovered dishes and ingredients that I would never have thought of tasting with quality materials from our territory. Super! I hope to return soon! 30/04/2025: It was a delightful journey to discover the Il Bocciolo menu, consisting of 7 courses "in the dark". Unique experience, with refined raw materials, traditional foods revisited by the creativity of Chef Francesco who manages to convey his personality through his dishes. A refined and intimate environment, impeccable service with Michele and Riccardo who do not miss anything. Explanation and history of the dishes always interesting and never banal. Well done Michele, who with his passion and kindness manages to create a relationship with the customer making the service less cold, which can sometimes happen in this type of place. It was an evening I won't forget. Thank you calmly!

29/04/2025: Nice environment, clean and scented bathrooms (they say that to evaluate a place you have to see the bathroom, they promote it), kind and polite staff. Poor menu but good and refined quality. Outdoor space and private parking. Refinement also in the mise en place and combination of plates and crockery. The only downside is the price: expensive. There were two of us, for lunch, midweek, two starters, two first courses, only water, two coffees, 85 euros. 10 euros less deserved an extra star review. Let's say that it is not to be visited often, but it can be used if necessary.

The second is the passion for wine which is transmitted both by the environment and by the care with which Francesco selects and advises. Even the location with the kitchen visible on one side and the beautiful "library" of wines on the other tells of this meeting. Finally, the third is the dining room staff: serene, tidy and precise who know how to put you at ease and above all know how to explain the underlying idea of ​​cuisine.
