07/08/2026: A Florentine steak with a capital T. Very good, flavorful, perfectly cooked. The service could be improved, mixing wine without splashing and dripping onto that holey tablecloth. All in all, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the cover charge is €5.

02/08/2026: High quality meat which, to my personal taste, I would serve with salt on the side, perhaps in Maldon-type flakes, and not directly on the meat because coarse salt can be unpleasant to the teeth and sometimes completely cover the flavour of the meat.

18/05/2026: Two weeks ago, we went in the evening and ordered the Picanha Alla Pietra. Absolutely perfect!! There were two of us, and we were very sad to finish it despite the large portion. I've never had such a well-spiced cut of meat. 👍 Not to mention the owners, who were super kind and welcoming. They made us feel at home; they're truly kind and friendly people. The lady takes great care of her plants inside (she has a great green thumb), and everything was beautiful and well-kept. Highly recommended! The food, staff, and venue were truly excellent. We'll be back ☺️

14/07/2026: The pizza is good. I've seen some spectacular meat dishes. Swordfish steak or the trabiccolo. I'll be back to try them. The waiters are good but a bit disorganized. The interior looks nice, but in the heat, there's a large patio that could be used.

12/07/2026: The place is quite spacious and rustic, with accessible, if undersized, parking. The staff is present and attentive, but not very cheerful, though perhaps with other people, perhaps friends. The chairs are dangerous and a little wobbly. The price is too high for four pizzas, two beers, two bottles of water, and two coffees. €90 is too much; it can't be called an osteria if you have prices like that, as well as the wine list, where the same wines are less than half the price. The beers are too expensive for the quality and aren't even pints. There are too many wines and too few beer selections. I would consider getting a better-equipped supplier for beers, including craft beers, because wine isn't everyone's cup of tea, especially in the summer. The place isn't air-conditioned, and the heat is a bit harsh, especially for those with small children. The pizza has too much semolina flour and is too thin in the center. Personally, I'll have a hard time returning. I also strongly recommend handing out a coupon that includes the table number when you deliver the drinks, or putting the number in the containers made from used bottles so people remember it when they go to pay. These are small touches that make a big difference.

08/08/2026: Incredible place! I had a wonderful time: the atmosphere is welcoming, well-kept, and truly pleasant, perfect for a relaxing moment and feeling immediately at ease. The cuisine won me over: delicious, refined dishes with attention to detail, with unforgettable flavors. We had tagliolini with lobster and tuna carpaccio, and I can say that you can taste the quality of the ingredients and the passion behind every dish. The service definitely deserves a special mention: impeccable, attentive, and above all, extremely kind. We felt welcomed and pampered from start to finish.

26/07/2026: What can I say, "booked by chance," but my review is AMAZING!!!! The search for raw materials here is exceptional, they take care of every detail. The location is in the hills with a beautiful view, but I give 10 out of 10 to the staff and the kitchen because we ate so well ❤️ the place is very romantic ❤️❤️ we will definitely be back.

07/06/2026: Fantastic experience at Trattoria La Busa! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the kindest waiters, always smiling, professional, and attentive to our every need. The real highlight, however, is the cuisine: the meat is simply spectacular. From the tagliata to the ribs to the Florentine steaks, every bite literally melts in your mouth. Perfectly cooked, the highest-quality ingredients, and flavors that make you want to return again and again. For those who don't want to eat grilled food, I absolutely recommend the tagliolini with scallops and scampi, truly exceptional, as well as the fried fish, crispy and light. A special mention also goes to the breadsticks with lard: a true delight that wins you over from the first bite. A place where quality, service, and passion are evident in every detail. If you love good food, La Busa is a must-see. I'll definitely be back! ⭐️🍷🥩🦐

07/06/2026: Persuaded by the waitress, we ordered two rib-eye steaks, a 40-day-aged meat she said was very marbled and unusual because of the high fat content. She came back and told me they weighed 800g each, so we decided to just order one to taste, and would have ordered the second one if we hadn't. The rib-eye steak was full of connective tissue, lacking marbling, so much so that it was almost impossible to carve in some places, and we had to search for tiny bits of meat and fat that were almost unpleasant to the taste. As a result, we left three-quarters of the rib-eye steak on the plate and paid €64, a whopping €8 per 100g when a Florentine steak was selling for €6.50. Luckily, we only ordered one. No discount, despite our complaints.

He's polite, knowledgeable, and always smiling: a real asset to the place. His colleague, whose name I unfortunately don't remember, was also very kind and helpful. 11/08/2026: Truly excellent and one-of-a-kind pizzeria restaurant! It's also a museum. Inside, there's a collection of all kinds of historical objects... I highly recommend it. Dining on the veranda is also wonderful. Superb pizza.

09/08/2026: A truly awful experience. Even though the place was filling up, the pizza service was slow. After over an hour of waiting, we received nothing, while the impatience in the dining room grew. The final straw was seeing a table that had arrived after us served first, simply because they complained. At that point, we decided to get up and leave, only paying for the now-warm drinks. We'll never return.
