16/03/2025: On Friday 14 March I participated in the Vegan Evening, which was not a simple dinner, but a real journey into a world I didn't know, accompanied and guided with explanations, courtesy and professionalism to discover the vegan world by the entire staff: from the welcome of the owner, who surprised me with other delicacies as a first approach to tasting the proposed menu, to the impeccable presence of the dining room staff, to conclude with the greeting of the chef, in making sure of the satisfaction of those present. The metaphor of the journey suits the experience of the other evening, both for the goodness and variety of the dishes, and for the artistic presentation of the same within an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, just as a mirror of our Padua, city of art. 20/03/2025: We went to Incalmo for dinner and left really satisfied. The place is elegant, with attention to the smallest details, with a welcoming and modern atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is trained, attentive and courteous, always present at the right time without ever appearing intrusive - something rare and always much appreciated. We chose to dine à la carte, preferring to explore the menu freely. We tasted all the first courses offered, each one different, balanced and well executed: from intense but never excessive flavours, to quality raw materials enhanced with great technique and respect. Next, we ordered the lamb, cooked to perfection, tender and tasty, with studied side dishes that completed the dish perfectly. The wine list is extensive and well thought out, with an honest selection of Italian and foreign labels, capable of satisfying both those looking for important bottles and those who simply want to accompany dinner with a good glass. Overall an excellent experience, a restaurant where the passion for cooking and attention to the customer are clearly perceived. Well done, keep it up! We will definitely be back.

23/03/2025: Excellent pizza, pasta too. We returned after friends introduced it to us. Close to IOV, spacious, clean. Noisy if there are groups, but so large that you can ask to change tables. Friendly and pleasant staff.

18/03/2025: il locale è ben tenuto, il cibo è buono e ben fatto ma: noi siamo stati serviti da 3 camerieri diversi i quali ci hanno chiesto tutti e tre le stesse cose tipo caffè, dolce, da bere, ecc... poi, si doveva ingurgitare l'ultimo boccone quando il cameriere di turno ti porta via il piatto... poi, parlare di gentilezza è banale, tutti lo sono... però mi chiedo come mai, dopo aver pagato, volendo salutare chi ci ha ospitato, dello staff, non c'era più nessuno? tutti spariti? E questo è successo ogni volta che ci siamo andati.

And the proposals regarding the drinks to match are also worthy of choice and quality. The sweets? It's nice that in addition to the well-executed classics, there is experimentation that sees unusual things brought to the table, perhaps unexpected but truly curious and well-executed. Well done! 10/03/2025: Well-known restaurant, open for over fifty years, immersed in the greenery of the Euganean hills. It offers a rich meat-based menu but with the possibility - like few places in the hills - to also choose from numerous first and second fish courses. Organize numerous events with themed menus. Traditional cuisine with several touches of originality. Adjacent to the restaurant is a very large car park, very attentive and fast service, fair prices. If you have the privilege of talking to the owner you will be fascinated by his stories and his important international experiences which later proved decisive in the excellent management of the place in which he still participates personally with his professionalism and charisma. We had been missing for some time, we returned on Women's Day, an occasion on which an ad hoc menu was offered. The occasion confirmed the excellent memories we had and led us to book without delay for a further close experience. Advised!

24/03/2025: Simply the best pizzeria in San Martino di Lupari. Delicious dough and top ingredients, I would eat 2 every time! The staff is friendly and kind. The only flaw is that the place is light and small, especially if you expect take-out pizzas, but I think they will be able to expand in the future. Great!
