31/03/2025: For me, the best pizzeria in Selva. We always come here when we're hungry for a delicious pizza and we're nearby. There is always friendly service, a very good selection and it is delicious too. What more could you want?

17/05/2025: Positive experience from all points of view. On a landscape level, the location is truly suggestive. It is located at the beginning of the beautiful Val Ciamin and right next to an ancient water-powered sawmill. The food, despite not having very wide choices, is made with well-cooked local products. Above all, the trout stands out, cooked naturally, with beautiful side dishes. The grill is also excellent.

21/01/2025: I have been living in Tiers for several years and have visited Tschamin Schwaige several times. Unfortunately, I observed a few things that disappointed me. There seems to be a need for improvement, particularly in the area of ​​hygiene. For example, I have seen that tables and other areas of the kitchen are not cleared or cleaned until late. The smell in the kitchen in the morning also seemed unpleasant to me, which may be due to inadequate cleaning in the evening. The quality of drinks and food could also be optimized. Several times I noticed that juices that had been sitting around for a long time were being offered. That's a shame, because the ambience and location actually offer a lot of potential. I hope that this feedback is received constructively and helps to improve quality and hygiene. This would be a great benefit for tourists visiting Tschamin Schwaige.

30/05/2025: Don't go please, you will make yourself a favor. Horrible oily pizzas with low quality canned ingredients. We were passing by and stopped for dinner. This was the most disgusting pizza that we have ever tasted. We are from Portugal, and despite we don't know how to make pizzas there, this was even worst than the worst pizza I have ever eaten in Portugal. Come on people, after you guys read this review and if even after that you decide to go and have the worst Italian experience on your life, come here and be honest and real by supporting this review and making your own real review. I hope you don't support these high rated reviews that I cannot figure out how it's possible to anyone rate this with such.

20/04/2025: we came across this restaurant during a walk and were immediately attracted by the place and the scents it gave off, we booked for dinner...very nice, warm and welcoming place...we enjoyed an excellent chestnut cream with melted cheese, a plate of oasta val senales with lamb ragout...and a roast lamb with potatoes...really excellent dishes...congratulations to all the staff We will come back for sure

12/04/2025: Pleasant place, tidy rooms (some better than others, but overall pleasant). Breakfast ok, dinner in a quiet environment and with never banal dishes. The path to the car park could cause some concern in the presence of snow, so follow it carefully.

10/12/2024: We specifically headed for Knödelglück because we had read the good reviews beforehand. So we took a beautiful stroll through Merano and then stopped in. Even though we didn't have a reservation, we only had to wait a few minutes and were seated with a stunning view over Merano. The service was friendly and excellent. Then the food arrived, and our high expectations were not disappointed! It really was excellent. Therefore, Knödelglück is an absolute must-recommend, and we would gladly return! If I had one small improvement, it would be to have a typical children's dish on the menu (pasta or fries), but that's really just a personal request.

08/11/2024: The food was really excellent! When asked, the boss reported how much love and precision the preparation of the dumplings started the day before. The dessert dumplings were also delicious. The portion will definitely fill you up, so dessert is more for sharing. The service could have been a little faster or more attentive. Great location and beautiful view from the terrace!

Restaurant with excellent quality raw materials and meat, combined with a very welcoming and well-kept environment, truly beautiful and with excellent service. What more can I say. We passed by here on our way back from the Hoachwool via ferrata, and it was simply fantastic: a top location right next to the hiking trails, a beautiful view of Naturno, incredibly friendly people, and probably the best omelet I've ever eaten. Thank you for the lovely afternoon!

Also suitable place for children. One of the best Wienerschnitzels I've ever eaten. Soft and tasty dumplings. Adequate price.

24/01/2025: We stayed 5 nights in this splendid farmhouse in the middle of the Dolomites. Everything was perfect from the very welcoming and clean rooms, to the friendly and always helpful staff, to the tasty breakfast with local products and the always excellent dinner! you can taste the typical dishes prepared to perfection. Thanks, we'll be back!

20/03/2025: Unfortunately we cannot rate it because the arrogance of the owners allows them to keep the inn closed from Friday to Sunday. Update: apparently the opening times have been changed.

07/05/2025: We ended up here shortly after 9 p.m. in Tramin looking for something to eat (two restaurants before that were already closing) and didn't regret it. The huge pizzas were on the table very quickly and were super tasty! The rest of the kitchen was already closed, but Wetten Dass star and pizza maker Gerald still made a lot of time for us. A very man! Gladly again! 😃
