Excellent hospitality and food We hiked the trail with our 4-year-old daughter and stopped here for lunch. The eggs with potatoes and speck were special, and the goulash was also very tasty. The lady at the mountain hut was very kind and super hospitable. There's a play area outside for the kids.

An incredibly charming mountain hut. After a rather strenuous but beautiful hike, you're greeted at the top with all sorts of delicious treats. The owner cooks in the main dining room and is super friendly. The prices are perfectly reasonable, and the Kaiserschmarren (shredded pancake) was delicious.

Very friendly staff and super easy toboggan rental back down to the valley... delicious, homemade food and cozy seating. The ascent with children takes about 1 hour 15 minutes in snow, a bit strenuous, but the descent and the food are absolutely worth it!

07/04/2026: We (two people) arrived without a reservation and were easily seated. We started with fish soup, which came with an extra plate so we could share. The soup was generously sized and would have easily been enough for one person as a main course. Our main course was gnocchi with asparagus and linguine alla scoglio. I've rarely had better food at the seaside. The service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere was cozy. We'd gladly return.
07/04/2026: Probably the best restaurant in all area. Very nice design and space of the restaurant. Fantastic service - very kind, friendly and professional staff. And smiling - what I appreciate. You don´t need booking in advance. Service is fast. Probably it´s family restaurant and so you feel great care all around. The cuisine is superb - best pizza, pasta, salads and specialities. I also recommend desserts. Great bier. Good price. Comfortable parking just in front of the building.
