Beautiful garden; dining in the shade of the trees is a very pleasant experience.
The price-performance ratio is excellent...as is everything else at this place.

08/06/2026: Easily the best meal weβve had in the Dolomites. The two sons do an amazing job with the service while the mother cooks and the father runs the farm. Very lovely experience, the food was amazing. I highly recommend the selection of speck and cheeses, we bought speck from them on our way out. Very charming outdoor seating.
06/04/2026: A charming restaurant, expertly renovated: the interior details convey Ladin hospitality. Excellent food: unique and traditional dishes. A special mention goes to the apple pie: a reinterpretation of the classic strudel that makes every bite a delight. The young but highly experienced waiters/owners were very courteous and efficient.

20/05/2026: A really nice restaurant in a small village. We didn't have a reservation, but we were able to eat. Although we went into the kitchen, it was really fun to watch the pizza being made from up close. The pizza was a bit watery, but it tasted really good.

21/05/2026: Celiac options are available. I ordered the delicious trio of canederli and a homemade dessert, a sponge roll with tiramisu cream. It's the first time I've found such excellent and high-quality gluten-free options. They've warned about possible contamination, but fortunately I didn't have any problems. Highly recommended, and the view from the outdoor terrace is breathtaking. Good prices.

Excellent food, kind, friendly, and always smiling staff. The owner is very friendly.

01/06/2026: It's always worth the drive up here. I don't usually eat pasta when I'm traveling (I prefer to make it myself), but here I can really enjoy it. We had the spaghetti with tomatoes and zucchini, simply outstanding. Because this pasta is so good, I'll keep ordering it. Next time I'll try something different, I promise.

06/04/2026: The food was unfortunately very disappointing. What was served as fish carpaccio tasted more like cheap supermarket cold cuts and was already dried out. The main courses were also unbalanced in flavor and significantly oversalted.
01/04/2026: This was such a cute, cosy little place with incredible attention to detail when it came to the interior design. We ordered the bruschetta to start - which was really fresh and absolutely delicious - and then a pasta dish and the polenta with mushroom, which were both quite nice too. There was a problem with the card machine when we tried to pay but they managed to get it working again so weβre didnβt have to pay with cash.

We were greeted by very attentive staff.
We opted for the truffle pasta, which was by far one of the best we've ever eaten. In addition to a wide selection of wines, there were also excellent non-alcoholic aperitif options.
We were also served a delicious little amuse-bouche with our meal.
We'll definitely be back!
15/05/2026: We appreciated that the kitchen was willing to accommodate a couple of extra wishes regarding the food. The waiters were knowledgeable and could give good recommendations for food and wine. All over a very good experience in Riva.
