20/08/2024: It's already the second year that I go to have lunch with them. The place is nice and I really like the red stove.... the staff is very nice and the food..well if we go back it means it's worth it. Very characteristic.

23/08/2024: I slept 2 nights in this refuge. Very good food. Friendly and helpful staff for any information regarding the paths that can be done in the surrounding area. Very good prices given the location and the difficulty of supplying the material. Super recommended refuge

21/08/2024: Very friendly mountain hut in a good location for a break while hiking. As soon as you arrive you get a schnapps on the house. I don't think it's a good idea - at least you should ask whether you drink alcohol or not. Something similar before dinner - you ask and are told that the punch is non-alcoholic, only to then realize that there is still alcohol in it - confirmed upon further request. Not OK at all. The rooms are large and stuffy. Too many people. I didn't sleep well at all. There is a shower for the whole house, which is completely sufficient for a mountain cabin. The dinner was very tasty. There was just one menu and it was vegetarian, which I think is very good. There was a lot of whining about it, I can't understand it. There was soup, a salad buffet, spaghetti with tomato cream sauce, and pancakes for dessert. You could have more of everything if you wanted. The hut is apparently quite easy to reach on foot or by bike. There is a lake nearby that is ideal for swimming, cold but beautiful. There are an incredible number of marmots around the hut.

15/08/2024: Last July (20-27) my family and I spent a holiday in Campo Tures (Val Aurina) at the wonderful Drumlerhof hotel. The owners Ruth and Stefan, together with their daughters Emma and Franzi, welcomed us with extreme kindness and courtesy into their facility, turning our holiday into a positive one, which, unfortunately, had started elsewhere in the worst possible way. From the first moment we felt at home and the atmosphere that we breathed in every corner of the hotel brought us an unparalleled serenity. The room assigned to us was very welcoming, clean, spacious and comfortable and I, with my wife Stefania, our two daughters Giulia and Sofia and our dog Lilly stayed there very comfortably. The aforementioned sensations accompanied us for the entire holiday also thanks to the hotel staff who, shaped by Ruth and Stefan, served and pampered us with great professionalism and friendliness, never intrusive and always very friendly. Sofia and I are celiac, while Giulia is lactose intolerant, but at the Drumlerhof hotel, none of us had to give up anything: from breakfast to dinner, including snacks, everything was gluten-free and there was always lactose-free option. A true paradise, a dream, especially for celiacs like us who usually struggle to find something edible and of quality. Here at the Drumlerhof "gluten-free" is not an option or an exception but rather the rule, but even those like my wife who do not suffer from intolerances are not neglected and can appreciate the variety and quality of the exceptional culinary offerings on a daily basis. Mrs. Ruth, also celiac, actively coordinates the cooking so that everything is perfect for us celiacs and I must say that the results are superlative. We were able to enjoy delicious breakfasts with various sweet and savory options, to better face the mountain walks, delicious snacks with strudel and homemade cakes, to recover from the fatigue, and dinners with truly particular and exquisite dishes of Tyrolean cuisine, from the dumpling to homemade pasta with various sauces, game, cheeses and vegetables from their farm, always ending with a sweet treat. Upon returning from walks and after a snack, the SPA on the hotel roof awaited us for a well-deserved rest: my favorite was the panoramic swimming pool. In short, in the family we all agreed in defining the holiday spent at the Drumlerhof as exceptional, both for what was described above and for other small surprises and attentions that positively amazed us. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Drumlerhof team! In Val Aurina we still have so much to discover and we would certainly like to do so by returning to the Drumlerhof! See you soon !

10/08/2024: Wunderschöne Aussicht auf der Terrasse, leider wenig vegetarische Auswahl. Alle Soßen sind mit Bratensoße. Man hatte die Auswahl zwischen Tomate& Mozzarella, Pasta arrabiata und aglio e olio. Dieses Problem hatten wir leider öfter hier in Südtirol. Das Essen war aber lecker und preiswert.

23/08/2024: Wir haben ganz hervorragend gegessen. Eher kleinere Speisekarte aber dafür regional und saisonal. Es gibt zwar auch das Wiener Schnitzel wie eigentlich überall aber wir sind hier mit den anderen Gerichten sicherlich viel besser gefahren. Einziges Manko: beim Salatbuffet haben einige Sachen nicht mehr ganz frisch ausgesehen. Preislich sind die Speisen auch vollkommen in Ordnung. Was ins Geld gehen kann ist dann eher Mal der Wein. Der Service verlief ebenfalls perfekt obwohl recht viel los war

20/08/2024: Very nice hotel in the middle of town. Quiet rooms, a great bar and very good dinner and breakfast. We'll be back, I went on an Alpine cross with my racing bike. Bicycle cellar with tools available 😊

18/08/2024: We hiked here from Welsberg via a hiking route. It was absolutely worth it. The view is beautiful and the food was delicious too.

06/08/2024: Newly renovated pizzeria in a small town. Overall satisfied. Service was super friendly and fast, pasta dish was delicious and the pizza was phenomenal for us. And last but not least, fair prices.

09/08/2024: We stayed here for five days in August and booked a lake view room. Apart from the fact that the area here is to die for, we couldn't have found a better hotel. First row to the lake. All areas of this hotel are beautiful, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The ENTIRE staff was friendly and accommodating. The treatments we booked (massages and mani, pedicures) were also wonderful. We also had dinner twice in the hotel in the evening - it was excellent!!!! we will definitely come back!

04/08/2024: I stayed for a week in July '24 as I have for years now, the stay is always very very pleasant, both for the location of the structure overlooking the lake, for the rooms (with always something new) and for the very welcoming and helpful staff to every need.

27/08/2024: Easily accessible and on the routes that go around Rio Bianco. Convenient and pleasant stop.

26/08/2024: The WATERFALLS can be reached from several points. 1) Obviously from the bus stop near the SAN Giovanni della Valle AURINA state road (ask the driver: I think the one closest to the mineralogical museum is fine. 2) with the car there is a point on the road from which you approach almost 200 meters 3) by car, leaving the vehicle at the beginning in the car park near the FARM (guesthouse) which has parking, i.e. in other words for the start of the SUN paths and the beginning of the WITCHES' PATH. Nice easy trail. However, there are many itineraries from here

31/07/2024: Great location with great ice cream sundaes, a nice cocktail menu and delicious snacks. Fairly priced, service friendly and competent, ambience lovingly designed, especially outdoors. Free live music in the summer - overall definitely worth a visit, a must for us when staying in South Tyrol for many years!

17/07/2024: The restaurant is beautifully located and very nicely decorated. Apparently there weren't enough waitresses for the number of guests, so we had to wait a long time. The ice cream sundaes are big and delicious.

16/08/2024: This is our third time spending our vacation here and we will definitely come back. The rooms are very spacious, South Tyrolean hospitality is lived here, the breakfast is small but delicious and the dinner is always a culinary delight. In summer there is a swimming pond to cool off and a children's playground. Dogs are very welcome.
