29/03/2026: After years I go back and the first night was ok, the second one now feels like I'm on a joke. We sit down, order Spritz Saceda and they bring us Spritz Aperol. I point it out, considering that I had drunk it the previous evening, the waiter's reply is that we don't have raspberries but it's Saceda. I point out the colour and flavour. I repeat, somewhat darkened in the face and Aperol; at that point they take away our aperitifs, muttering something, they are remade and miracle of the evening or of the snow, the Saceda appears with raspberries inside. We order the second course, we are not asked how it is cooked, given how much it costs at least how I want it, it arrives all rare, perhaps they remember the previous evening, except for the fillet which is overcooked and burnt on the outside. We point it out to him and at this point the best part comes into play. The waiter's ignorance and incompetence comes into play, pointing out to us that the fillet is cooked perfectly. An argument starts between customer and waiter. In the end I tell him I'll pay and I'll examine it as I say and he replies again. At this point the dinner ends, leaving a customer without having dined and with a bad memory of the waiter and the structure where I will put a stone on it and as the good Cannavacciolo says GOODBYE TAMBRA
