Restaurant 357 is one of my top choices in Merano for excellent pizza, impressive antipasti, and delicious desserts at fair prices. The restaurant has a pleasantly lively, relaxed atmosphere and offers a great combination of quality and value. The pizzas are topped with superb ingredients and are very well-balanced in flavor. A particularly impressive pizza was the one with tomato sauce, mozzarella, crispy bacon, oven-roasted onions, and pecorino – aromatically rich, perfectly balanced, and with a wonderful texture. The "Summer" pizza is also very popular, featuring creative components like Parmesan crisps, and has become something of a signature dish. The appetizers are also highly recommended. The bruschetta variations with grilled vegetables, eggplant, burrata, and mortadella were very flavorful and expertly prepared. The dessert – homemade vanilla ice cream with preserved cherries – impressed with its pleasantly intense vanilla flavor and incredibly creamy consistency. Besides the food, the restaurant scores points with its relaxed atmosphere and fair prices. The level of service is remarkably moderate for the quality offered. Overall, a consistently impressive culinary experience and a clear recommendation for Merano.

After enjoying a delicious meal at Sissi with Andrea Fenoglio, we wanted to experience his second restaurant. Simple, understated, yet imbued with a special charm. The service and bar staff are incredibly friendly! The house wine is elegant, and the food is superb! Whether it's salads, lardo, pasta, pizza, or espresso, Italy feels right at home here!
