08/01/2026: A restaurant with a welcoming, elegant atmosphere and impeccable service. The food was truly excellent.

07/01/2026: Another chance, but another failure. The service is very poor for a restaurant that claims to be the number one in town. We're sitting at the bar and haven't had a server for 35 minutes. We have to walk through the hotel to find someone to take our payment. The gap between expectations and reality is huge. It's a shame because the ambiance and the menu are good. The whole atmosphere feels very arrogant and not at all welcoming!

08/01/2026: The Magic Mountain! A wonderfully family-run hotel with a correspondingly warm and welcoming atmosphere. Savor the flavors and take your time. The kitchen operates at a top level, offering fantastic regional dishes and local specialties. The rooms are impeccably maintained, very modern, and extremely comfortable. Most requests go unanswered. The service is impeccable and friendly. The highlight is the incredible view of the Rosengarten in the Dolomites. A place just as Thomas Mann described it. Culture, soul, and body are nurtured here. I'd love to return. Come as a guest and leave as a friend.

01/01/2026: We stopped there today while hiking. I don't know if I've ever been so disappointed with the food in South Tyrol. The apple strudel was poorly thawed frozen food and tasted like cardboard, the buckwheat cake was at least three days old, tasted of nothing, and crumbled to dust in my mouth. The espresso served with it was cold, the Americano lukewarm and bitter. What a shame!

02/01/2026: The atmosphere is beautiful, well-kept, and welcoming. Delicious desserts, generous and varied sandwiches, and the couple who run the place, like their employees, are always very kind and friendly.

The two indoor parlors, steeped in history, and the outdoor pergola overlooking the mountains make every meal a special experience. The cuisine is the real highlight: traditional South Tyrolean dishes prepared with authentic ingredients, many of which come directly from the farm or other Red Rooster producers. The menu follows the seasons: in spring, wild garlic dumplings and cream of asparagus stand out, while in summer, light soups are served, while in autumn, Törgellen offers intense flavors with Schlutzkrapfen, roasts, sauerkraut, and the ever-present chestnuts. Don't miss the homemade desserts, such as krapfen filled with jam or chestnut cream. 04/11/2025: One of the most beautiful, rustic, and fun Törggelen taverns (run by Christian and his father) we've ever visited. The food was very good, as was the wine.

15/01/2026: A wonderful hotel with a great atmosphere, very comfortable and clean rooms, and a wonderful restaurant! I would happily stay here again. The breakfast was excellent.

11/01/2026: Beautiful ski area with incredibly well-groomed slopes. Great mix of blue and red runs. Cozy mountain huts and very friendly people. A special highlight: even at 4 pm, the valley run is perfectly groomed and wonderful to ski. And down at the bottom, there are two great options for a fun après-ski 🥳
